Dogs can detect herky jerky people & awkward movements. If your dog is growling at someone there just might very well be a reason why. They can detect true character.

Dogs do sweat, most notably at their paws.
@Jonathan Reppel Thanks, I looked that up. I’ve had dogs all my life and was always told a dog pants cause it can’t sweat. The article I read said a dogs sweat glands only happen in places where they don’t have fur (Nose and paws). And they aren’t the same type of sweat gland as ours. They have very small amount of sweat since they have so few sweat glands. They pant to keep themselves cool. I learn something new every day.🐶🐕
@Elaine Johnson While factually incorrect, your point is still valid in that saying someone who is sweating profusely is sweating like a dog is inaccurate and bizarre.

Trump has no respect for humans, so when humans do something worth recognizing he snubs them by giving a friggin dog a plaque. What’s a dog gonna do with a plaque? I noticed that too,he seems very uncomfortable,that is why he has no official white house pet,seems in his young life he.never had pets,seems he has a phobia about germs,remember a while back he took offence to mulvaney coughing in a white house meeting,former presidents knew the value of having a pet ,it humanises you and soothes you .this president seems not to be botheredby this,and this is so sad.
