Q #2: If yes how many times? If No – Case over
After that it should be pretty clear what the path ahead is 1]: Jail or 2]: Freedom
The answer to Q #2 cannot be “No”

About rule of law. Do we as a democracy want to turn a blind eye to pedophilia? Make that something that doesn’t ruffle the DOJ’s feathers, only the occasional moms and dads. DT has had a disastrous administration, not answerable to anyone, blatant disregard for subpoenas issued, lies and claims of Fifth Amendment privilege resulting in no testimony, no working arrangement with the press. I think most Americans are weary of the world according to DT.
Exactly! And remember that the president’s oath of office includes: “will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Obstruction of Justice, puts him in violation of this oath. Also attacking the special counsel’s investigation, a legitimate investigation, (over a thousand times), is not upholding the rule of law. And refusing to let his people testify before congress, despite congress constitutional authority.
But according to Trump, perhaps hundreds of intel and FBI personnel, whom have very like never been convicted of a serious a serious crime, plus personnel, of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit, have all decided to commit crimes of lying against russia, and Trump by extension. Where is evidence that al these people are lying. The Mueller report not only accuses russians, but also names the specific departments of the russian GRU Involved in the various aspects of russia’s actions. The Report called russia’s actions, “sweeping and systematic”. The majority of government employees are ‘lifers’, who have worked under both republican and democratic administrations. But according to Trump, perhaps hundreds of them decided to risk their stable careers, to make up lies. Which side of this argument is more reasonable?
Sadly, a solid third ( or more) of the country see trump as a god and one who can do no wrong. They dont believe in right or wrong when it comes to trump, the Constitution or the law. All they care about is the psychological comfort they get from seeing someone who looks like trump as President and one who wants to promote and protect their ability to hate and denigrate others.
“Our investigation found multiple acts by the President that were capable of exerting undue influence over law enforcement investigations, including the Russian-interference and obstruction investigations,” Mueller wrote.
James Comey is a traitor to this country. He used a dossier that he knew to be false and was provided by a foreign spy (who hated President Trump on ideological grounds) to lie to FISA courts 4 times in order to spy on a Presidential candidate at the behest of the President of the United States who was a member of the Democratic party. Once President Trump was elected he entered into a conspiracy to spy on and over throw the duly elected President of the United States. This is seditious conspiracy and treason. Jim Comey needs to be arrested, tried in a court of law and if found guilt executed along with all other co conspirators. Traitors always need to get the rope.

You are confusing Mueller’s position (Special Counsel) with the powers of a Special Prosecutor such as was faced by Nixon. Mueller will say it’s up to Congress, not Mueller, to recommend impeachment.
