    1. @Daekj32 You know why they can’t solve a murder in Alabama?

Cuz there ain’t no dental records and all the DNA is the same

  1. This is just an impeachment inquiry. The infractions identified in the mueller reports should be added as articles of impeachment as well or Trump is truly above the law.

    1. There is no legal requirement to keep impeachment articles about the Ukraine extortion.
The Nixon impeachment already set that precedent. They can draft articles for every rotten thing he’s done for the last 3 years.

    2. DarthSailorMoon, why can’t you democrats make a factual argument?

Why can’t you democrats stay on topic?

Why can’t you democrats avoid using logical fallacies? Like you just did multiple times?

  2. Lindsey Graham….I wish the folks in South Carolina had two senators who would uphold the responsibilities of their office

    1. @Daekj32 oh am i?
On MSNBC’s “AM Joy,” former Rep. David Jolly (R-FL) laid into Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) for saying he wasn’t even going to read the transcripts from impeachment witnesses because he found the whole process a “sham.”
      wake up, little one

    2. dan mac, msnbc?!? There’s your problem. You and MSNBC parse words, which is a form of lying.

Btw, Graham, he did read the real and only transcript, the only admissible evidence so far. He even said so on video.

What he will not read is the non”witness” testimony, because it is tertiary hearsay, which renders the testimony non-credible, inadmissible and not evidence.

Though it is clear that President Trump did not do what you democrats accuse him of. Even if he did, it is still legal if he did.

He is required by the NDAA (law you democrats made) to verify aide doesn’t go to corrupt foreign governments. Thusly withholding aide is not a crime, it’s his JOB!!!

And being the top law enforcement official he is. He has a constitutional obligation to enforce the law, weather he does it himself or delegates that. Given this is President to President, he initiated it, and will have that information from the Ukraine submitted to the attorney general.

    3. @Daekj32
      ” the only admissible evidence”
get your law degree from a crackerjack box did you?
PS not a dem, buy more shoe boxes

  3. This is news: one day after his call with Ukrainian President, Trump told Sondland his focus was on Biden probe.

“Amb. Sondland responded that President Trump cares more about the investigations of Biden, which Giuliani was pressing for,” Taylor said in his opening statement

Keep in mind, this means Trump cared more about probing Biden than Ukraine’s ongoing war with Russia, which the US aid was intended to help Ukraine defend against.

    1. @Toward Treatise _if you ask me._

That’s just it, I didn’t ask you. I’m no legal expert (my graduate degree is in MATHEMATICS), but neither are you.

You’re just an internet nobody with an opinion.

In contrast, Laurence Tribe is a distinguished professor of Constitutional Law at Harvard, and he’d say you’re FOS (if he bothered wasting his time on an insignificant insect like you)

    2. José Hunter’s EW&F Remixes well you posted publicly and I have the right to argue in public discourse, at least before democrats use hate speech to silence conservatives more than they already have. Gotta use it while I can for the sake of my conscience. And I thought democrats really care about our feelings, we should not even clap because it could irritate someone, so… you must be a trumpet by being so demeaning.

    3. @Toward Treatise You can post whatever TF you like, jack; you’re still a loser, though I give you some credit for not being the typical low-brow Trumbone. I guess your side isn’t 100% devoid of any possible hope

  4. GOP’s “no harm, no foul” defense just obliterated —> Schiff/Taylor exchange reveals that the price of withholding of Ukraine aid is paid in human lives

    1. @Joy Brautigam then answer my point. You know it was a conservative on Facebook arguing like this that changed my mind to become one. Wake up.

  5. First, the Congress investigates. This investigation typically begins in the House Judiciary Committee, but may begin elsewhere. For example, the Nixon impeachment inquiry began in the Senate Judiciary Committee. The facts that led to impeachment of Bill Clinton were first discovered in the course of an investigation by Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr.

Second, the House of Representatives must pass, by a simple majority of those present and voting, articles of impeachment, which constitute the formal allegation or allegations. Upon passage, the defendant has been “impeached”.

Third, the Senate tries the accused. In the case of the impeachment of a president, the Chief Justice of the United States presides over the proceedings. For the impeachment of any other official, the Constitution is silent on who shall preside, suggesting that this role falls to the Senate’s usual presiding officer, the President of the Senate who is also the Vice President of the United States. Conviction in the Senate requires a two-thirds supermajority vote of those present. The result of conviction is removal from office

And step 3 will be obvious an abuse of power and disregard for patriotism

  6. This is an open and shut case. Simple. Trump’s own chief of staff admitted it on television for the world to hear. There is no tangible defense.

    1. @Daekj32 well finally your being honest…. that is EXACTLY what Trump tried to do w/Ukraine. He needed help from Russia in 2016 and now he tried to use Ukraine for more help… the Liar-N-Cheat strikes again.

    2. Jose Santiago, I’ve only been completely honest with you.

Of course President Trump is doing this with Unkraine, there is no try about it, because it is the right thing to do, his legal obligation, his JOB!!!

Joe Biden and Barrack Obama did exactly what you are falsely accusing President Trump of. Biden incriminated himself as well as Obama on television that was broadcast world wide.

As this is a criminal investigation initiated by President Trump based on probable cause. What ever method President Trump used, including seeking assistance from a foreign government, is not a factor. Because his actions are completely legal and legally obligated.

Matter of fact, If President Trump just handed the aide over without question, without bringing Biden up. Then you would have a case to impeach President Trump, because him doing nothing is a crime.

  7. Ambassador Taylor basically stated that”Everything was tied to the Ukraine Public Announcement of probes” & that it was “Clear that tRump Zelenskiy meeting was tied to Bidens, 2016 Elections.”

  8. I AGREE. WE ALREADY KNOW ENOUGH. DESPITE BEING INVESTIGATED FOR THIS VERY THING, HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND PROCEEDED WITH THE SAME TYPE OF BEHAVIOR OF DECEITFULNESS AND LIES.

    1. Millie P Yes….he was warned about impeachment and still didn’t stop. He’s an incorrigible child and a very dangerous person to be in the White House. Why this is allowed to stand is why I’m worried! Putin is running the Gov’t as long as the Dons there!

  9. These so called “Republican” Trumpaholics know Trump has deep ties to Russia and is selling out our country for his own personal gain, but they just don’t care. It’s become two-faced partisan tribalism on steroids. All of them are traitors to this country and need to resign immediately.

    1. @gavin burger
“trump has no nefarious ties to Russia the mueller report proved that.”
The Mueller report DID NOT prove that. Good try.

  10. If I were the Democrats I would subpoena Assange, Alex Jones, and Stone, which would open up a whole can of worms and make Trump subpoenable.

    1. @Nick Machiavelli unredacted you say
      HAH!
meanwhile written right on it is the wording “not an actual exact copy”
      or words to that effect
dude its a guesstimate based on peoples recollections and notes taken
besides, how do you know she didn’t read the bloody thing
      assume much?
and you have the gall to suggest German propaganda tactics reside with “the other side”
      too funny
what do you think portraying MSM as fake news is, if not propaganda
      .
hint dude, all the truly stupid people already believe what youre pushing, there aint no more to convince

    2. @dan mac Not fake like your account. Blank, nada, couldn’t even bother to add some token vid links, presumably bc you have soo many FAKE accounts.

    1. Garry Graves PHARAOH BEEN ABUSING THE WHITE HOUSE FROM 2016 UNTIL TODAY 2019.. NO SURPRISE, THE ONLY SURPRISE IS THE CORRUPTED LYING REPUBLICAN PARTY ADMINISTRATION MAFIA MOBSTER GANGSTERS TEAM

    2. Debra Williams and that’s not surprising!! Trump hasn’t just became a crook he has always been corrupt!! I don’t know what they thought he was going to do in the WH!!!

  11. Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up, Lock him up,

  12. So looking forward to seeing Rick Perry & his Texas contributor arrested for corruption… in Ukraine strangely enough

  13. I truly believe that the Democratic house during this trial.need to bring out the criminal aspects in the pattern of corrupt behavior of the president, tax evasion, bank fraud, insurance fraud.and don’t forget everybody there’s 12 open criminal cases that are going on in the southern district of New York

  14. He was incredible in his interview of Bill Taylor. He brought out who this man is, the absolute honesty with which he speaks. It brought a tear to my eye
