Israel has the technical means and is a despicable government. What a way to raise the value of your assets. Israel, with Saudi Arabia’s approval, bombs the refineries. The US knocks out Iran’s oil capability. The Saudis and the US oil is worth how much more $10 to $30 a barrel.
I trust Saudi Arabia as much as i trust Trump business knowledge.

walstib there are at least 2 dozen countries that hold “death to America” rallies around the globe. I don’t particularly appreciate theocracies, Iran being one of them, but why are they being singled out for our contempt? We had a nuclear agreement with them, but Trump single handedly ended it. It seems like Pompeo, Trump and Bolton( before he resigned) are pushing us into a conflict with them that no one encourages. I don’t like wasting our soldiers lives on pure folly.

Its all about the oil ….. and people are naive to think this has nothing to do with all that’s going on …..The US needs an excuse to go to war to help reduce the national debt by boosting oil and gas prices amongst other things …. Historically the vast majority of times the US economy has boomed, is as a result of a war… check it out…. The US doesn’t care about whether people live under oppression by communism / dictatorships or even if they are dying so long as it doesn’t serve it’s interest !

This is so bizarre for two reasons. When he lied in that tweet he _knew_ that there was ample previous video footage of him, Pompeo, and Mnuchin all saying he would meet with Iran with no pre-conditions. This means he is stupid enough to think that he can get away with this “fake news” lie — as if anything he says automatically erases from everyone’s mind everything that preceded it.
The second reason is that he didn’t have to lie at all. All he had to do was say, “That was then, this is now. The situation has changed because of these attacks.” But again, he is too STUPID to think of that, OR he just prefers lies over the truth even when the truth would be better for him!
This man is a pathological liar AND mentally deficient. He MUST be removed from office ASAP.
