Economy was great thanks to Obama for fixing previous recession and setting up strong foundation for Trump. Then Trump ruins it all with tax cuts and tariffs.

Trump has been riding Obama’s coat tails up to this point. The first couple of years of a President’s term is not really anything that they can take credit or be blamed for unless they do something monumental. The first couple of years are the results of the previous President’s actions. Now that Trump has run out of the benefits from the policies and actions that Obama put into place for the economy to grow, Trump actions are destroying the economy just like he has run all of his businesses to bankruptcy.
