Trump Contradicts Himself On Gun Control | Deadline | MSNBC

  1. When is it a badge of honor to admit special interest control politicians and policy of or goverment

    1. Gary Davidson, Special Interest? There are 10 members of the three largest pro gun organizations for every 1 member of the 7 largest gun control groups combined, and I am being generous with the number of gun prohibitionists. (The hard data doesn’t back up their claimed membership.)
The single issue gun voter block has about 20 million voters.
100 million Americans own at least 1 gun. That is just a little less than half the adult population.
All the pro gun groups are funded primarily by member and individual donations.
No gun Prohibition group is not funded by rich elitist authoritarian activists like Mikey Bloomberg.

You gun prohibitionists are a sub minority who wouldn’t be heard from if it wasn’t for media bias.

    1. Oh, protected like all the democrats and Hollywood and all the other phony liberals? Get your TDS looked after soon please.

    2. First of all, the job of president is statistically the most dangerous job, so no he is not protected because that is impossible. Secondly, take the guns away and the people bent on killing will simply use bombs and poisons, easily concocted from internet recipes and wreak far more havoc, and there won’t be any armed citizens to stop them, just the statistically tiny body of armed law enforcement officers. That’s why bombings are so popular in countries that don’t allow their citizens to be armed.

    1. @John McSween of course youre voting for trump.. republicans dont have a choice, corporations pick your presidents for you.

    1. @Sylwia J. The commies want those first 2 amendments null and void. It’s always been their first prority, chipping away at speech and protection. They do it all over the world and currently working hard to disarm the US and Canada.
What do we do when our mouths are silenced and have no way to fight tyranny?

  2. At least 90% of the American people have spoken, and we have stated that we want to see better and safer gun legislation passed. So why are Republicans and the NRA holding the entire country hostage?
The problem with republicans is that they couldn’t care less about what happens to Americans, well, that is until it affects them, or one of their loved ones.

Republican Mike Turner announced his support for a ban on sales of “military style weapons” following the deadly mass shooting in downtown Dayton Ohio after he discovered his daughter was close to being one of the casualties.

“I believe these are necessary steps forward in protecting our country and a testament to American values, which include protecting human life,” Turner, said in a statement

Turner, a Dayton native, said he would also support legislation placing restrictions on high-capacity magazines as well as so-called red-flag laws, which allow police and family members to “quickly identify people who are dangerous and remove their ability to harm others.

Turner made this statement after he found out that his teenage daughter was across the street from the shooting that night and she had just missed being out on the street when the shooting started by just seconds.

So now all of a sudden he cares. He should have cared back in 2012 when 20 babies were cut down with an assault rifle.

    1. I feel queasy when he supports liberal causes anyway. Everything he touches crumbles. Let him work that magic on LePew and the NRA.

  3. brown people coming to America = national emergency,..but gun violence republicans sip their umbrella drinks while on vacation and plan on how to best use the NRA contributions.

    1. Maybe those brown people stealing jobs and voting illegally and driving w/o licenses and smuggling drugs is a reason to own a weapon . Use your brain , moron .

    1. And when you watch fake news like this, it’s hard to face reality and actually think for yourself. How’s Rachel Madcow lately, by the way?

    2. @John McSween 45 employed a reasoning fallacy to explain away not doing his job so it tracks that you would use another illogical argument to discredit the source pointing out his deception.

    3. @princeoftidds Blah blah blah, word salad. Muslims yelling Allah hu akbar are ideological terrorists, who are definately on a large team. White men going on crazed killing sprees (that aren’t helping their cause at all by the way) who have a very diverse set of motives and ideologies are not “white supremacist,” although they are still terrorists. Everyone can agree on that, but try not to confuse the entire white race with nazis.

    1. Trump: we need common sense gun control
NRA: you look so handsome today MR. President
Trump: its not the gun’s its the people pulling the trigger.

  4. There is a mental illness problem that needs dealing with. And we’ll do so on election day 2020. Trump For Straitjacket 2020

  5. We are expose to uncontrolled gun policy, he already forgot all the people who died because this insane way of protect organizations like NRA.

  6. @ 0:23 “……..there’s a mental illness problem…..” Say’s the madman who is the epitome of madmen!
