Soft landscaping? WHY? Firstly there is no parking, and people would like to pave their yards to avoid street tickets. Can’t have that! Not pretty… 🤨 Correct me if I’m wrong, but last time I touched fake-turf, it FELT soft. I suggest this homeowner contact the by-laws officers in her area and complain about the lack of care on her neighbours yards, I mean, if it upsets them that her yard is so nice looking, it’s probably a reflection on their laziness.
