  4. This is kidding. Health Administration did not hospitalize all confirmed cases, leaving them in the society to spread the virus. And this is why the number is rocketing.

  5. You should learn from China as how a temporary quarantine center would be built to host all probable cases. All possible cases should be closely monitored not to go to any public place at all. It is a big joke that only a small proportion of confirmed cases are hospitalized here in Canada. None was allowed to leave hospital in China.
