  1. There is hope this will pop a vein in trumps orange head 🤷🏻‍♂️

Its a crisis of his own making fueled by his incompetence and lies that cause distrust in his ability to handle the crisis – its like fuel on fear.

    1. @Cool Beans your stupid flag is high today turd tRumpo blames everyone for his failures but you think he is a good businessman so funny. Bless your stupid little racist sexist pig heart.

    2. @Cool Beans So Trump didn’t fire the pandemic Response team in 2018 just because it was formed by Obama? Trump didn’t fly carriers back from China using staff that were untrained and unprepared? Trump didn’t put loyalists in place instead of competent experienced people? Reality just isn’t your thing, is it buddy?

    3. @Cool Beans I see you are directing your own anger and hate at a lot of people you’ve never met. Projecting again?

  2. Remember when the Ebola crises spread through the USA in 2014 under Obama? Oh wait. Obama was able to keep it from spreading here.

Remember when the Coronavirus spread through the USA. Yes you will never forget.

    1. @bodishatva skywalker between what virus? It was an example for heavens sake not a direct comparison. Geez!

    2. Death To Ming! , what most don’t realized is the Trump dismantled the early warning system for epidemics that Obama’s had set up. Trump fired everyone who’s was in place to raise the early warning alarm for Ebola. The infrastructure could have gave us an heads up earlier on the epidemic.

  3. Expect a tweet from the stable genius saying that this is all a hoax by the Dems to make him look bad ! SAD !! Trump and all of his administration are pathetic and incompetent .

    1. @Mary Brock then dont select Biden as the democratic nominee , we all know if he gets selected hes going to lose to trump. Again.

    2. If this is a ploy by the DNC to dethrone tRump*, then I have newly found respect for those bumbling asshat dems. Finally they DID something, altho a bit misguided.

    3. @Mary Brock oh little mary you are a moron. turd tRumpo is going down in flames. Then who will tell you what to think?

  4. Better put Trump on every TV this morning so he can tell us the stock market crash is fake news, that it’s just the disloyal do-nothing Democrats trying to make him look bad, and that we should all be going on cruises. That’ll fix things.

    1. I can’t wait for the moron’s chopper talk. Let’s see how he chops the coming deadly epidemic and recession.

    2. JRG2733 we technically surpassed recession territory last week. A recession is defined as a drop of more than 10%. The markets have dropped 21% within the last 2 weeks.

    3. @Andy Smitty All I know is, I was going to retire at year-end, but lost $200k in a month, now may not even make it till year-end. Having a stinking liar and mental competent in the WH makes things even worse.

  5. Why is it that everytime Republicans are voted out of office they leave a catastrophic mess for the Democrats to clean up? Its a pattern that keeps repeating itself.

    1. @mark price Oh jeez, the illiterate Trumper denial of who saved us from the Republican recession, now forgiving moron Trump from minimizing a deadly epidemic and the coming worldwide deprrssion.

  6. Honey badger don’t care. There’s no name on the bullet. The virus travels where it travels, without thought.

The quarter in “No Country for Old Men” had no stake in whether it came up heads or tails.

The stock market numbers mean nothing.

It’s all about the choices we make. It’s all about seeing truth or not.

And, so, yes, the frantic running around about the virus may defeat Trump in the end, just as the tiny microbes defeated the Martians’ war machines in “The War of the Wars.”

But what will be the price we pay for Trump’s obdurate stupidity, and our ineffectual responses?

    1. What should we be doing differently? Or are you saying Trump’s response was ineffectual? Nobody is “frantic running around” – they’re trying to keep people informed about what’s happening because, well, it’s their job. It’s very possible this turns into an endemic virus with no after-immunity that we pass back and forth to each other for years like a year-round flu that spreads easier. The flu kills tens of thousands of people each flu season, this is a big deal, and most of what you say is correct, but the responses have not been over the top. Better safe than sorry my friend.

    2. dbptwg

      dbptwg Very, very, simple answer.

He needs to walk away from the cheeseburger, and nobody gets hurt. The cheeseburger being his big, juicy, involvement in this crisis-something he manifestly has no clue of solving.

The “nobody gets hurt” part is a stretch, but far less damage is the key.

First, as far as what happens to Trump, I want to see scorched earth. Sherman’s March to the Sea. I want to see all his assets to be liquidated and him in jail, and the whole family, save Melania and Barron.

But I don’t want to see one more person die or get ill of the virus more. I don’t want the stock market to tank. Just because it hurts him, it hurts me too.

I want him to just walk away from this. I want him to say “these pros know what they’re doing. No need for me to get involved. It gives me more time for KAG, golf, Twitter, and rallies. These guys are going to let me do ‘the big stuff’. They will plan, they will make the press briefings. Pence will just be their water boy.”

The pros get to do what they do best.

And with that, Trump releases himself from blame and responsibility. Just walk away from something he cannot handle.
The pros get to work without impediment.

I would hate that he will be a hero for this on the right-that he would extricate himself from this crisis.

But I’ll live with that for the greater benefit for me, and over all.

I think they call that a Nash Equilibrium. I could be wrong.

  7. Next on the Agenda…Trump cancels elections and declares martial law. Never let a good crisis go to waste.

    1. ted Cook The Democrats get stupider by the day. They don’t care they don’t have any money $

    2. @Byron Young not even close. 🤣 do you believe your own psychosis??? That doesn’t make any sense.

    3. @Ancel Rick of course it makes sense. Do you know what martial law is? Suspension of the constitution. Under martial law the federal government wouldn’t be beholden to a state’s election laws.

    4. @Mad Phyn every 4 years, like clockwork . “The president” “cancels elections and declares martial law. First Clinton (E.O 13039) then Bush and Obama (#jadehelm) now Trump . It’s all partisan Hyperventilating without any precedence of common sense.

    1. Troy Stocker Yeah, just like with Ebola, right. If you aren’t a Russian troll, you _might_ _as_ _well_be.

  8. 4 years later and the one thing to take down Trump is not even human…I’m tried of this Corona virus but at least we don’t have to listen to loser lying Trump

    1. Trump is gonna win again, not Poppa Biden no matter how much you black guys love him. Kinda weird how black guys love an old wrinkly white guy so much, especially since he refers to ya”ll as the good “boy’s”

    2. @Preet Gujral
Black people arent fooled anymore. I’m not voting for any of them. I’ll stick to the local level.

    1. @omega redd I know exactly where I stand and what you are speaking of has nothing to do with God, any more than Trump’s actions do.

    2. @Natasha Norman we shall see .Pestilence is one of the four horsemen thats disease . Aren’t you Christian?

    3. redd  yes I am, and I know what pestilence is. You are discussing the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse and if that were where we are. There would be way more to worry about than coronavirus and this is not nearly fatal enough to cause the kind of death mentioned in revelation.

    1. There is no liquidity problem within banks and I would say banks are fine, but there is a cash problem with airlines and travel related industries and I suspect they better get short term restructuring of their loans or they will default, this restructuring will have an impact on banks and they may need government cash to stay afloat over the next year.

    2. Brent The Democrats actually want this to happen. The Democrats don’t care they don’t have any money $

  9. This is going to hurt the country of course, but I can’t say that I’m sorry. These people traded profit over people by electing this empty orange thing and I would just like to say: was it worth it?

  10. People in service sector jobs like myself do not have the option of staying home from work or working from home….I’m not there, I dont get paid, period

    1. snakey973 Im a Barber/stylist, same boat as you. Im trying to prepare for mass appointment cancellations . = no money going into take home pay.

    2. @Lars Jones Yeah, you can thank our corrupt leaders for that. They had a helping hand in shipping our manufacturing base abroad for the benefit of the corporate elite.

    3. @Jesus Delapena Yup, on both sides of the aisle, for sure. The cure is lobby reform, campaign finance reform, and legislating citizens united into the dustbin of history. Thenn if we screw the pooch at least wqe killed our own bad little selves.

    4. @Lars Jones Agreed, that would be a great start. Our middle class have become the servants of the privileged elite.

  11. This is Obama’s and Hillarys fault 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 ‘‘this is trumps blame game

    1. How is that? The virus wasn’t around stupid. Now it Donald Trump Empty orange head’s turn to deal with the virus. All he saying it fake new. There is no virus.

    2. omg obama is no longer the president, hillary never was — that trumper guy just can’ let anything go, for 3 years same thing over and over again every time he opens his mouth

    1. TheyCallMeJohnny – That’s exactly what Trump has been doing. Telling the American people everything is fine, while the medical experts tell them the truth, leads to a sense that our leadership does not have a unified plan to combat the virus. I’ve already mentioned several times on this thread that this could have been stopped overseas had Trump not cut funding to the CDC. What should he do now to fix the situation? Resign and let someone capable of leading take control.

    1. This downturn is driven totally by the liberal media trying to take out the market and trump in the fall. Any and everyone can see this. They should get some kind of award for acting concerned/scared. Round the clock coverage basically saying” panic–market is dropping, people are scared, people are staying home….blah, blah, blah

    2. People getting horrible diseases and the stock indexes tanking and democrats are excited and actually calling this “winning!” !!!!!!

    3. @Doug E What is sick is the meda willing to stoke the flames of a recession for the sole purpose of hurting Trump and everyone with half a brain can see that is exactly what is going on. The flu kills thousands more, and thousands more get sick…but you don’t care about facts.

    1. @Dying Starz

Key word being “if” they can work from home. Ernest said the media isn’t telling “everyone” to work from home, and he’s right.

    1. UnknownAnomaly Maybe the government should not have borrowed TRILLIONS to give profitable multinational corporations a 14% tax cut, ya think? Greedy crooks.

    1. @4D answer two questions. Do you trust that the government…congress..Democrats and republicans… can get together to do what is right for this country? Do you believe either party is actually doing what is best for this country right now? If you do, then I am not the ignorant one.
