    1. I think we peasants have been screwed by developers, bought governments and, driving most of it – lots of foreign money. Welcome to the Global Village – just say’in

  1. Im glad I built a wooden cabin on a land I just bought here in Mexico…..the whole project was under $50,000 USD!
The land was on an abandoned blueberry farm, that also had very matured pines, avacados, pear and apple trees. There is even a small bamboo forest in the front part of the yard.

    1. @elusive wild dingo 20×30 meters and we have option to purchase 2 more equal parcels extending into the back yard for about $10,000 each. Theres also an abandoned apple orchard across the street that we are also looking at. All with mountain views….

  2. Give it 5 years. We’re about to print more money. That’ll be $3 million in no time. In Vancouver, once it hits $3M, another 2% tax. Inevitable conclusion of fiat currency. Easiest way for government to tax you. Truth.

  3. 600k for to own a land that you can’t even Do What u WANT on it and need to ask Permission to build a house which will come with way too many restrictions which is most likely the reason IT”S for sale in the First Place!!! No Thanks!!!
