  2. Everyday the some old talking points of taxing the wealthy and the corporations. At the rate of all these spending announcements ( this one is incredibly expensive) the wealthy (if there still living here) will plead poverty and the corporations will just move entire operations to more business friendly countries. Just think of the cost of living going through the roof too!! Elections are the silly season every time!!

  3. We don’t need government housing. We need to lower immigration, which has been driving up housing cost. Supply and demand economics.

  5. Building houses in unnecessary especially by the federal government. It can be better done by the provinces that enforce build codes. What we need is government to open up more land for development, lower regulations, and build more secure sources of water. The federal government should not be in the business of building housing.
