  2. What we witnessed today with Romney was truly unfathomable. Today we observed a species that was once thought to be long extinct….a republican with a spine. 👏👏👏👏😃

    1. Why the guy attacked Obama unfairly and said during the debates that Obama never declared the Begazzi thing a terrorist attack until two weeks later. That was false and Romney tried to lie and got called out and embarresed by Obama on stage and all he could do is stutter and he never even appologized for it.

    This pretty much sums up the loathsome state of the Republican party today

    We are currently facing a Constitution crisis, and our democracy as we know it is on the line.
    The true character of a person will always be revealed when they are faced with a crisis or adversity. And the eternal question will always be, when it truly mattered, did he do the right thing?  So far, republicans have failed..

    I salute true patriots like Schiff, Doug Jones, Romney, and their colleagues, who had the courage to do the right thing, when it truly mattered. Thank you for standing up for the American people, the country, and our Constitution.

    1. We have been having a constitutional crisis, since Trump took his oath of office with NO intention of ever honoring it. Today we are in an ongoing constitutional catastrophe with NO possible good outcomes for nearly a year.

      I wonder with whom Trump will be on the phone tomorrow, taking his next step in constitutional destruction.

In the rest of the world (including the shithole countries) as of 2016 we have been watching, reading listening and discussing in utmost disbelieve and disgust your president’s policies, his ignorance and untruthfullness, – behavior, his tweets, his remarks about other people /countries, his blatant lies and overall lack of integrity. The past few weeks yet again, we have been watching and listening in utmost disbelieve and disgust, now to your countries impeachment saga. Be sure to know there is a w.w. feeling of nausea about its results, although, it might be time for us (including the shithole countries) to acknowledge that indeed: EVERY NATION HAS THE LEADER IT DESERVES; SO, THIS IS AMERICA!!

  6. His religious following made his follow the right way to vote knowing the Constitution was a law not to be scrambled and twisted by a leader who only serves for himself and not for the American people

He’s okay with acknowledging Trump committed a crime but he’s also okay with making sure another president can’t be found out. And, he’s saying he’s got a God decision on that. So, I question his motives.

      I suspect he’s seeking converts. Mormonism is just another autocratic ideology that has been debunked.

  8. Senator Romney showed true leadership in his speech. If you have a chance to listen to it, you will see why he should be leading the GOP Senators and not corrupt Moscow Mitch.

    I always felt Romney would have made a better Senator than President, and his speech showed it.

That was false.He was also heard and taped talking against Mexican. This is partly why he lost.It’s interesting how you dispmiss all this stuff about the man simply because sided with your wishes to go against the president.

  9. Mr. Romney, you have integrity. This wasn’t an acquittal, there was no trial. November won’t come soon enough!
