    1. Lex K The demoralizing effect that the loss off power has had on democrats is fascinating. Absolutely fascinating.

    2. @Eidelmania I agree for real we need to march up to the White House a demand him removed we need to actually be there with demand him out.

    3. @Vanessa Knox that’s we the people need to wake up this once we cannot let this happen to us it shows us that we are not capable of doing nothing. We all need to rise and protest.

    1. @Joseph Kasten I’ll give you 4 Republican witnesses: Kurt Volker, Tim Morrison, David Hale and Jonathan Turley. Go ahead and look them up…

  1. Except, Sen. Alexander, Trump did break the law. In fact he committed several Felonies. What you are saying is that your team is above the law.

    1. Timothy Fries You should have told Nadler and Schiff because they couldnt find a single crime that Trump committed. Are you gonna rat Trump out?

    1. @generationofswine I think that the founding fathers had that in mind when they put together the declaration of Independence! No more kings!

    2. Phil M This is reminiscent of election night 2016 watching all the democrats with their broken backs bleeding out. I cant wait till Trumps re-election. That will do them in for sure.

    3. Faye Langston Remember Bill Clinton shaking his finger at the camera and saying”I did not have sexual relations with that woman”. Did you believe him?

    1. El Chapos right,he got railroaded while trump gets pats and atta boys, arent i your favorite dog now.trump should be in a cell with El Chapo, teaching him how its done in mexico.

    2. Well now We know about donkey version of law and order! Stand in a field and bray and bray and bray and bray all dam day long for 3 years! Bray donkeys bray! LIYF!

    1. Michael Vin – I agree. Sometimes things get so bad that good things come about that could never otherwise have happened. Sure hope so.

    1. @alan wolcik BTW it’s “…own…” not “…on mind”. Must be all jacked up on rally juice or something.

  2. What do you think Mr Gowdy would have done with this amount of evidence against President Obama interfering in his own election with a foreign country?

    1. Graham Sutherland The best thing to do is vote a republican in. Thats how we roll. Now that democrats have set the bar to a mud throwing arena Im sure it will now be a perpetual political fighting scene.

    2. IT’S TRUMP’S ECONOMY, LEARN TO DEAL WITH IT Yes he sure did. I hope its not racist to bring that up. Lol

    3. @myredfestiva
      Bad news my friend,
Kavanaugh mobs and ‘not-my-President’ fanatics are the core of present day democrat party loyalists.

Here are some of my observations:
The above-mentioned party faithful democrats hear Schiff lie and genuflect knowing the evil Republicans will lie.

They cut away from Senate hearings and went over to MSNBC to get a double dose of angry and bitter talking heads assuring them of their righteousness.

The progs own the democrat party. AOC has some power and Nancy is one old and bitter Queen of party shenanigans.

The Republicans? I can count on one hand the number of GOP pols that aren’t rent-seeking corruptocrats no difference from the dems.

The progs will NEVER stop fighting in the streets and in the universities. NEVER.

And the GOP has the ‘nice boy in church’ in their DNA. Trump is the first fighter.

Liberals/progs/leftists/democrats or whatever you want to call them are deeply connected to symbolism.

The gun is the ultimate symbol of personal sovereignty and the above mentioned 5 members of the identity politics party will never, ever, ever, ever give up the dream of getting rid of that symbol of conservative resistance and personal sovereignty. Ever.

I just remembered: Elite Republicans are in that crowd too. They enjoy the perks of Mr. Olympus too.

Below is a cut and paste description of the DC overlords who know better than you how to spend your money, live your life, and decide right from wrong.

      Enjoy.

“Angelo Codevilla writing in the American Spectator identified the characteristics of the American Ruling Class as follows:

Today’s ruling class, from Boston to San Diego, was formed by an educational system that exposed them to the same ideas and gave them remarkably uniform guidance, as well as taste and habits. Regardless of what business or profession they are in, their road up included government channels and government money because, as government has grown, its boundary with the rest of American life has become indistinct. Many began their careers in government and leveraged their way into the private sector.

Its attitude is key to understanding our bipartisan ruling class. Its first tenet is that “we” are the best and brightest while the rest of Americans are retrograde, racist, and dysfunctional unless properly constrained.

Our ruling class’s agenda is power for itself. While it stakes its claims through intellectual-moral pretense, it holds power by one of the oldest and most prosaic of means: patronage and promises thereof. Like left-wing parties always and everywhere, it is a “machine,” that is, based on providing tangible rewards to its members. Hence our ruling class’s standard approach to any and all matters, its solution to any and all problems, is to increase the power of the government– meaning of those who run it, meaning themselves.

By taxing and parceling out more than a third of what Americans produce through regulations that reach deep into American life, our ruling class is making itself the arbiter of wealth and poverty.

The ruling class is keener to reform the American people’s family and spiritual lives than their economic and civic ones. It believes that the Christian family (and the orthodox Jewish one too) is rooted in and perpetuates the ignorance commonly called religion that is the greatest barrier to human progress. This dismissal of the American people’s intellectual, spiritual, and moral substance is the very heart of what our ruling class is about.

[Lastly,] America’s best and brightest believe themselves qualified and duty bound to direct the lives of not only Americans but of foreigners as well. Its default solution to international threats has been to commit blood and treasure to long-term, twilight efforts to reform the world’s Vietnams, Somalias, Iraqs and Afghanistans.

Since the Reagan era, the American Ruling Class has succeeded in electing George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, all of whom were members in good standing.

Thus, by 2016 the ruling elites were thoroughly entrenched and dominant throughout the halls of power. They were prepared to govern this nation for many years to come as one of the flaws in the magnificent governing blueprint set up by the founding fathers was the reality that this government can only function with just two major political parties.

Both political party hierarchies had and fully intended to continue nominating candidates for the presidency and Congress who were either beholden to or members of the ruling class.

The rank and file voters were left with only superficial differences in the choice of candidates.

The election of Donald Trump in 2016 was an act of defiance and a rebellion by the deplorables and a devastating blow to the ruling elites.

With his election, President Trump began the process of a Republican Party divorce from the establishment — which is now well underway.

Thus, the ruling class’s political hegemony is severely threatened. They cannot achieve their endgame without de facto control of both parties.

Which is why Donald Trump may well be the most influential President in modern American history.”

  3. So, from now on, anyone who goes to court with charges pending against them, even if they have admitted to being guilty, can use this as precedent to request no witnesses be heard, right? I mean if it’s appropriate for one US citizen then it’s appropriate for ALL of us.

As far as I’m concerned the Republicans in the Senate are committing treason by not allowing witnesses who have new first hand knowledge of the facts to testify. If it’s true that they don’t need witnesses because they concede that Trump is guilty of attempted bribery for political gain then they are committing treason by not removing Trump from office. They will ALL pay the price for this sooner (hopefully)or later.

    1. Paul S. Lynch Republicans have now broken the democrats back. The 2020 Trump re-election will finish them off.

    2. @myredfestiva That’s completely absurd! In fact that statement is so ridiculous and mind numbingly dumb that you have just proven that I am 100% correct in regards to my earlier comment that Trump supporters like yourself suffer from The Dunning-Kruger effect. However, you also appear to be afflicted with delusions of grandeur. You should seek professional help ASAP! Perhaps DJT can recommend someone for you🤪 .

    3. This comment illustrates the programming power of the media. The House already had 13 witnesses. Schiff was the one not wanting anymore. Don’t you get it? This is designed to never end.

    1. When you (Moscow Mich and I don’t fallow the constitution Graham) are involved you guys could never be impartial jurors

    1. @IT’S TRUMP’S ECONOMY, LEARN TO DEAL WITH IT the people did not elect Mr. Rump the electoral college did he lost the popular vote handily.

    2. @Peter Weller
Let me help you here Peter. The People never have and never will elect the President.

That would be unConstitutional and illegal. By law, it is the States that choose the Federal Executive.

That means the Electoral College. We are not a democracy, whether you believe it or not. We are a Republic.

Peter, ‘Democracy’ is mentioned how many times in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution how many times?

      ZERO.

    3. Yes, and we will exercise it again in 2020 with many past Democrat voters who have not bought into the hate Trump narrative… Your numbers are fewer and fewer as more realize they have been lied to. The economy did not crash. Un-fair trade deals were renegotiated. Veterans administration has been over hauled and the rules changed to get rid of the corrupt people who were working their. Jobs Jobs Jobs and more Jobs. Well fair roles now declining, wages going up… Border security improving… Yes people power get out and lets give our president a huge thank you, with a second even better landslide victory… Trump 2020

  4. I don’t ever want to hear from the GOP and their false morality ever again! Patriots will never forgive the traitors!

    1. Adam Cuddy I guess Id be all sour pussed out and butt hurt too if I was a pathetic democrat but frankly thats your problem loser. Now excuse me WINNING!Trump 2020! MAGA! X2

    2. Sam K, it is patriots that have elected him, not flag burners, knee-lers and cop haters. Wake up your party has left you, they are no longer patriots… They only care for keeping their power and the swamp full… Wake up are just admit you would rather have a recession than support our president. That is the party today you are still supporting. Take a few minutes and read the comments from the left being said. Demonizing those who disagree with them… first tactic. Moral of Christian’s under attack, really… this is patriotism… hope you’re better than that. good luck my friend.

  5. Why are we surprised, just the history of voter suppression will prove that the Republicans know that they can not win fair elections.

    1. TotalEclipse
funny how the democrats always cry voter suppression with no basis instead of taking the blame for their stupidity.

    1. Skip741, I DON’T think we can call the Repub’s sitting as jurors for this trial, a few good men ANYMORE!! As Senator Alexander has said, the House Manger’s have made their case, they’ve proven he’s guilty so they DON’T need anymore witnesses or documents, they’re just gonna vote for his acquittal anyways!! AGAIN, they’re NOT good men ANYMORE, they’re traitors to our Country, PERIOD!!!

    2. @IT’S TRUMP’S ECONOMY, LEARN TO DEAL WITH IT, That’s NOT true!! Lt. Col. Vindman was a direct witness, Volker & Anderson were direct witnesses, Amb. Songland was a direct witness, etc, etc!! And HOW do you think Adam Schiff rigged the hearings outcome, please share!!

    3. @IT’S TRUMP’S ECONOMY, LEARN TO DEAL WITH IT, the Dem’s DID call Bolton & his aide as a witnesses, they BOTH were told by the White House They COULDN’T testify, so they declined!!

    1. sam getalong lol, funny, republicans are still running the country and about to re-elect Trump. Hope sure plays cruel jokes on democrats.

    1. xuaeenr1 Obama is a huge Trump fan… He wears his MAGA hat around the house while Michelle yells at him and throws Trump coffee mugs at his face

    2. xuaeenr1 dems: “We still have not that which we need!” No sh!t! Like a brain, a moral compass and a political platform?

  6. 2020: That last sentence… “can’t remove him simply for doing something inappropriate.”
2021: “…simply for shooting someone on fifth avenue.”

    1. @Arthur Browning thank you sir! Right on target! Forget quid pro quo, Trump fractured the mere core of American foundations. Trump sabotaged democracy.

    1. Yes @15k DOW 2022 and the right to bear arms “used to mean” muskets, so what’s your point?
