yeah, it’s just important not to silence men, how can the conversation be productive if you silence the men, especially in cases of potential RAPE. Not in favor of rape, that’s silly anyone would think that. It’s just our due process can’t work function properly with constant censorship, everyone needs all the facts. Instinctively most people would say it was really strange for her to have consensual sex with him after the rape. But keep in mind, she doesn’t want to lose her job. And he is her boss. Her career would pretty much be over if she quits or makes him unhappy. So this falls in the the category of 1) a civil suit for workplace discrimination, as this is happening based on her gender. (If a man was sexually manipulated by his boss, that would also be discrimination). 2) Breaking the contract with his company. Virtually all companies prohibit sexual relationship with persons in a direct supervisor relationship because it constitutes abuse of power.
