  1. what about the employers. why are there no business owner in jail. i believe its a bigger crime to hire people that are undocumented. (wop= with out papers) its silly not to punish the people benefiting from this crime the most. its like arresting the minion but not the boss. when will we have raids in trumps properties.

    1. who dat say dat?

exactly what i was going to say-
how many officials from these food plants were arrested for hiring illegals?
when are the $10k fines per undocumented worker coming?

    2. wake up, trump was caught doing the same thing at Mar a lago and his Golf Clubs.  He is still doing it today.

    1. @Noreb same lame excuse. Food prices have exploded. It’s called greed. You must be one of the paid trolls on here.

    1. @Naomi Ogle

I wouldn’t be making fun of people’s names if I were you, Miss Nay-nay:
      *ogle*
      _/ˈəʊɡ(ə)l/_
      verb
      1.
stare at in a lecherous manner.

      _”he was ogling her breasts”
      _
*synonyms:* leer at, stare at, gaze at, eye, make eyes at

  2. These ICE officers KNEW that a number of the people they were arresting had small children either in school or daycare, yet they arrested them anyhow, literally leaving MINOR CHILDREN UNATTENDED! Seriously…. I’ve never heard of ANY law enforcement agency arresting parents, and leaving children alone…. like…..’You’re going with us, pops…. just leave the baby in the crib, it can fend for itself, let’s go!!’….. Because that is in effect what they did! They didn’t even notify CPS about these arrests, and there were small children with no one to pick them up from grade school, babies and toddlers were abandoned at day cares, with no parent to pick them up… day care employees, teachers, neighbors…. strangers(!!!) were all of a sudden finding themselves responsible for caring for all of these kids that ICE left stranded!

This can NOT have been legal!

    1. @idowickedtkd The parents put the kids in this situation, they all had the opportunity to make a phone call after they were arrested, the smart people had a plan and someone to watch the kids, the stupid ones didn’t and it’s their fault, no one else.

    2. Brad Dibble Give us a break. Prisons have been separating kids from parents since day one. You wanna keep kids in prison with their parents?

    3. MyHebrews All that I’m asking, and all that most are asking, is that we show some empathy. These are still children, it doesn’t matter if their parents are “smart” or not, they are still kids who are terrified. I’m not saying we don’t need to enforce the law, I’m simply saying that due to the present climate of fear, we should be looking at doing this in a way that won’t traumatize more people.

    4. @idowickedtkd, and I’m tired of the Americans getting the blame for the situation these kids are in and the criminal parents using the kids to circumvent immigration laws and keep from being deported. These kids were put in the situation by their loser parents and no one is putting the blame where it belongs. There are thousands of honest hard working people waiting to come to this country, who also have kids in terrible conditions. They have to wait longer because this trash is clogging up the system. I feel sorry for the kids, but their trashy parents are the ones using the kids. I wish the kids could be taken away and given to honest parents who respect other people and the laws of the country.

    5. MyHebrews Do you really think the blame rest solely on the parents? It rests on a system that has created countries where people can’t survive, companies that hire people who come here illegally because they are cheap, and yes of course, the people who come here because they feel like they have no hope otherwise.
Do you personally know these people? If you don’t then maybe stop generalizing then as trashy. I just want us to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Then as a country that has been a moral leader in the world we can continue to act as such.
I’m not saying that illegal immigration is right or okay. I’m saying we can handle this better, we have the resources to not terrify children, and I think we have the heart.
It’s not about blame, at least not for me, it’s about doing our best for everybody. Because that’s what I believe America is about.

  3. Why weren’t the owners and shareholders of the food processing plants taken into custody for violating the law? The Trump organization should of been prosecuted for using illegal immigrants also. If the people hiring the illegal immigrants were punished to the fullest extent of the law, perhaps it would help more than picking up the workers. It is a general practice of those food plants to call ice when they don’t want to pay the workers.

    1. because they are wealthy, that is all that matters anymore apparently. its gotten to a point its genuinely embarrassing to say you’re an american and were just letting it get worse. in 2020 we have 1 candidate running thats not all about money, has 0 billionaire donors, believes in helping people before helping businesses, and in the over 40 year career in politicks he had has fought for the same things when he could have changed his policies just to win. the best thing that could possibly happen for this country in 2020 is bernie sanders. i truly hope we show ourselves to be smart enough to realize that

  4. Interesting that there was no news of the arrests of the people who employed the people rounded up by ICE.

    1. that would be first LOGICAL step. Granted. But, there is no logic here. There are no winners; zero sum game. It’s cruelty for cruelty’s sake.

    2. Cathy Shappell well these illegals did break the law once so what makes you think they did not have altered documents that says they are legal. Smh you’re such a moron that is brainwashed.

    3. Speak for yourself. It’s not a “so what” for me. This story is heartbreaking for those that have empathy. I mean, at minimum, duh, you need a plan in place. And, we don’t have to be the cruelest in the world. That didn’t used to be our “thang.”

  5. Wow look how soft on crime Trump is. No one who is committing the crime of employing people illegally are being arrested. Trump doesn’t care about stopping crime (BTW Trump employs dozens of illegal immigrants at those properties he’s unconstitutionally profiting from knowingly so he is guilty of it, might explain some things). He cares about hurting immigrants.

  6. When Trump explains why in his rhetoric that undocumented immigrants WORK AT HIS GOLF COURSES AN MAR A LOGO, WHY DONT THEY RAID HIS BUSINESSES

  7. Step up America and get those jobs back oh wait🤔you won’t why:
    Long standing hours.
    Minimum wage.
It’s a messy job NO way I will do that.
Come on don’t tell me you won’t say that?

  8. ICE are hypocrites if they don’t arrest the business owners. And what kind of person works for an agency that tortures children like this?

    1. Lol, the business owners are illegal too? I think you are confusing who enforces laws. The ATF doesn’t arrest jay walkers.

    2. @Ian Birkinhead I guess Americans don’t have parents then because I never had to walk across the desert and sneak into America illegally.

    3. Tracy Rowe well these people are criminals so what makes you think the the illegals did have altered documents to make them legal to work?

  9. Trumps Storm Troopers don’t go after the real corporate criminals because they have money and are mostly white…

  10. these workers build the economy: taxes removed from pay checks: all this evil. all these sociopathic Republican leaders especially that khunt – Steven Miller. history will not forget this outrage.

  11. Could you imagine if all the hard working Mexicans decided to go back home lots of Corporations would crumble prices of food items would Skyrocket remember people these people are doing us a favor by working hard and staying here. And remember as an illegal they still get taxed in their checks and all that money goes to the government and the illegal cannot file a tax return so he is paying into the system whether you like it or not.

    1. I don’t approve of illegal immigration but this is cruelty, a shitshow of cruelty. 600 ice agents terrorizing 600 families and the community.

  12. I wish these people would stop saying “This is not who we are”.
Yes, it is… If it wasn’t, it would not be happening.
    Unfortunately, this is America… Currently
We have no one to blame but our selves for letting America become this humanly dysfunctional.

    1. Histopher Citchens —. Yes it is you people who have to toss the government out. Talking about it does not seem enough!

  13. So why are they not doing this to non brown people who are here on expired Visa and illegally from European countries
