Check with your local school district, ours is putting meals together to deliver to those families with teachers volunteering their time to distribute.
Josh R. In my district they never let the kids go hungry. There are several locations around the county designated to feed the children. We do this every spring break, and every summer. Anytime the children are out of school.

There are apparently disputes between Germany and the United States over the Tuebingen-based company CureVac, which is working on a vaccine against the corona virus. The “Welt am Sonntag” reported that US President Donald Trump apparently tries to lure German scientists to America with high financial donations or to secure the drug exclusively for his country. Trump is doing everything possible to get a vaccine for the United States. “But only for the United States,” the newspaper quotes an anonymous source.

My first post showed an international consortium under the flagship of a German company sponsored by the EU and some other countriesaround the world working together. The America first preamble is sorry to say bs. The fastest way to find a cure or vaccine is if resources get combined. But Trump does not want that, because he wants the vaccine exclusive for the US. I guess money is the motivator. My relatives in Seattle and lots of friends in the US are so sick of that egoistic world view, it gets the US more and more isolated.The FDA will allow it if it is approved in e.g. Europe. But anyway it will take around a year until something comes on the market wherever it will be. People need to face reality this is not going away by a miracle as Trump suggested and we will have to live with it for some time.
