Sandy Hook mom talks to CNN about her group’s shocking PSA

The nonprofit Sandy Hook Promise launched a "back to school" PSA to raise awareness about school shootings. CNN's Alisyn Camerota talks about the ad with the group's managing director Nicole Hockley, whose 6-year-old son Dylan was killed at Sandy Hook Elementary school in 2012. #CNN #News

    1. James Sutton just letting you know Canada is just one tier above America when it comes to mass shooting deaths. Dumbass. Seriously I lost brain cells reading your comment. I used to live in Canada but left because it’s a complete shithole with a spineless leader

    1. @kevin w Wow. I bet you are missing your Alex Jones InfoWars podcasts. You really need to see a licensed professional about the paranoid delusions you experience before you accidentally shoot and kill an innocent bystander. I bet you believe the PizzaGate scandal is real and that the Clintons run pedophile ring.

    2. @chemotekki Every year, they make two or three PSA to get their message across. I’m sure they look alike because they all have the same message ” Not another Newtown.’ and that these acts of rage and violence are preventable if we, as a society, just pay attention to those neighbors who feel angry, rejected and have nothing left to lose.

    1. @BB Wolf Wrong, actually. And completely irrelevant too. Public school system? WTF kind of a crazy tangent are you zooming away on now? Trying to change the topic because you couldn’t handle it, I guess.

    2. @Darrylx444 I think you got me confused with someone who cares what you think . . . I’m not going to change your mind . . . No debate, I’m not interested in negotiating with you . . . I promise you will lose !!!!!!!!!

    3. @BB Wolf You responded to my comment, objected to my facts, and oddly slandered my teachers, all because “you don’t care what I think”? And when I ask for you to provide reasons for your contrary opinion, you go limp and pout, refusing to engage in an actual debate on the facts I presented. I’d say you already “lost” whatever contest you had in mind.

  1. A message to the gun manufacturing companies:  QUICK!!!!!  Release a commercial where when a violent shooter invades a school, a teacher possessing a Concealed Carry Weapons permit and one of your products blows away the shooter!!!!! 🙂

    1. @aemiller You are the most pathetic little cuck in this comment section. Literally everything that you type is some f@ggy virtue signal.

  2. Shall NOT be infringed.

We always hear about the firearm used, yet we never hear about what SSRIs and other prescriptions the shooter was taking over the course of their life…. interesting.

I created a new word for folks like you: armaphobe; noun, a person with an extreme fear of armaments.

It’s ok for you to be fearful and afraid, but please don’t project your insecurities onto others.

    1. I thought the commercial was about how kids run wild in school today and the teacher can’t control them at all in the parents just think they’re all freaking special. I didn’t even notice it was about Sandy Hook until about 3 seconds before the end. And then I thought what the hell does this have to do with Sandy Hook?

    1. Remember when David Wheeler dressed up in camo gear and impersonated an FBI agent right after his kid was allegedly shot? Or how about when Robbie Parker was laughing his @ss off right before CNN propped him up in front of the camera where he cried and lied when he talked about his kid allegedly dying? That was funny AF! Thanks Operation Mockingbirds, Barry Soetoro, and Eric Holder for repealing the Smith-Mundt Act!

    1. I believe that requires money and not all schools can afford all those expensive metal detectors everywhere. Some schools spend millions of dollars just for security like mine. The government is also spending money more on military rather than education, families and medical care so some of those schools are scraping the bucket for so some funds.
