Ichigo Kitsune it’s a legal thing – if a suspect hasn’t already been convicted of whatever offense, even with heaps of evidence, the reporter or whomever could be slapped with a libel/slander suit (innocent until proven guilty). Frustrating, I know🤷🏻♀️

There is a whole list of impeachable offenses that, taken together, provides more than enough justification for impeachment. The question is this: do the Democrats have more spine than the Republicans, who seem to have none. Or maybe it is just a sad fact that ALL spine turns to jelly in the shadow of Trump. In that case we really ARE in trouble.

The Federal government needs to be abolished in every state.
We are past time for criticism of how this government is NOT doing it’s job. The public should be able to impeach with a 2/3 majority vote, any elected politician in a national referendum. If we had such a law, I doubt that 60% of the current politicians would be working in DC. And, at least half of them would be in JAIL wearing an orange jumpsuit just like TRUMP.
Here’s the problem. The House is following the rule of law. Trump just ignores it.
