    1. Gil Sanchez you are bold with that last name. You have heard Trump & Miller are targeting people with Hispanic names & faces. Go on support Trump right up to when he tosses you out of your country.

    2. Berg Djelderian aunt Becky is not Jewish, but yes rich & thought the laws didn’t apply to the rich, too often they haven’t.

    3. You know it’s stories like this and the liberals that think we should continue letting foreigners buy their way into the most prestigious universities that make me believe the only solutions to solve the degradation of financial equality in this country is to enact a law that would restrict any non-citizen from owning property in this country.

  1. It’s one thing to search a personal device for certain evidence that may pose a threat to national security in some way,
but c’mon… we can’t start playing by China’s rules with social media… They have such an imposing system that should you even
be associated with someone in social media that says anything opposing the government in any fashion, it will fall unto you as well, as if you’re somehow connected to the blame and be liable for punishment.
My point is no single person can control what others on the internet or even within your local social network of friends or acquaintances says. You can and should ONLY be held accountable for your own actions and words.
I’m kind of glad I opted out of big social media sites early on, YouTube is about as social as it gets for me these days with just posting my opinion among hoards of random anonymous people. & even this isn’t that good of a choice for one to use…

    1. The only difference between China and the US is that in the US Corporations run the Security State

  2. There is a massive brain drain going on right now. The best talents from around the world are going home or blocked from entering. This will not end well for the US.

    1. No brain drain. Most people of this demographic or similar ones are usually uniquely unqualified to attend schools such as Harvard. The trend is for the university to achieve cultural marxist points by importing unqualified students who meet demographic criteria rather than academic. I applaud sending this young man back to his own country.

    2. @L DL, it’s almost as if he went to an ivy league business school and is a successful businessman worth billions. Stay mad 😘

    3. @ragnar ulrichson yeah right, as if third grade students from rich families , deserve to be in Harvard. Many are their because mommy or daddy made a fat donation.

    4. This is not brain drain and the USA doesn’t have it. Intelligent people from around the world move to the USA. I bet you haven’t ever been abroad and really have no idea how the USA is seen to foreigners (it is the greatest place on earth to them).

    5. @ragnar ulrichson Nice that someone understands how the universities work today. Harvard already is being called out and sued for not letting in Asain Americans who had excelled to the point of being valedictorian of their high schools and had extremely high SAT scores.

    1. @S1eth which is why we already have checks on what the federal government can check (including gun shows and internet sales). What isn’t checked are INTRA State private sales, which the federal government cant govern. Also the federal government can only deny someone if he or she has been convicted of a crime, anything else would violate the 5th and 14th amendments.

    2. @Drew Oliver Well, that’s got to be balanced with the right of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for the rest of us. It’s not an exaggeration to say we’re living under a continuous state of terrorism, instead.

    3. @Drew Oliver a MUSKET is, the founding fathers didn’t foresee the guns of today, and THEIR point was to protect the country from the monarch

  3. This has been going on since Trump became president. You are just now hearing about it. And it goes beyond nationals from the middle east. It is by and large a racist and racist enabling policy. That CBP officer’s authority should not supercede the state department which does all due diligence prior to issuing a student visa. There’s nothing the state department wasn’t already aware of that the CBP officer discovered. It was simply a power play for the officer and a racist, bigoted, ignorant one at that.

  4. its overwhelming the things that are going on , yea a 17 year smart student is a threat to who knows what, grow up america

    1. He’s not a threat, He simply bought his place.

Invest in your own people before trying to educate some foreign rich kid.

    2. How old do you think most Islamic terrorists are? This person is exactly the age of most terrorists, so sure, take a chance, you and your family may get blown up, but it will be for a good cause, so this person can go to sexual paradise where 72 virgins will wait for him.

Most terrorists are smart and if they are older, they usually have at least one degree from a university.
Remember the 13 yr old in USA who made a bomb? Surely an intelligent 17 yr old could do it with ease!

Better safe than sorry! I think USA needs to look out for what is in the best interest of her citizens, not people who are not Americans!

  5. Somewhere deep in the halls of the White House, Stephen Miller is drooling on himself as he beats his 🥖 furiously, reading the report of this happening. 💦💦💦

    1. It was a Stephen Miller type who looked for 5 hours and settled on posts from his friends she didn’t like. There is a special cruelty when Palestinians are involved.

    2. @UCkUzz-g_LVMi0VoGRcniqgg Harvard? Jews? WTF are you on about? Are you a troll or just thick as two short planks? FO.

  6. It’s okay, Peking University will offer him a scholarship. If the U.S. doesn’t want talents, there are other places which do.

    1. @L DL, no the extreme left will. Having lived there for many years, I saw how most Europeans want nothing to do with third world panhandlers like this little terrorist. I love the fact that he was sent back.

    1. No, there’s just other people that deserve to go to Harvard.

We shouldn’t be educating foreigners at our most prestigious universities just because they can afford it.

This country has spent billions creating educational systems in other countries, they should be used.

    2. @Anonymous Andy The most stupid thinking I have ever heard, the thinking of white supremacists. That is why in silicon valley maybe 90% of Engineers are foreigners.

  7. US customs have always been referred to as the gestapo. It’s what happens when you give people with little education and a chip on their shoulder, the power over other people.
I’ve seen families on vacation from Europe with young kids at numerous airports being questioned and grilled.

    1. Interesting, have lived in over 16 countries in the last 40 years, frequently traveling between the US and other locations. Have not once had a problem with immigration officers. Have always been professional and courteous. The only people who have issues that I’ve seen are people who shouldnt be comming to the country in the first place.

  8. This is exactly how the zionist gov’t treats people coming into Lod with ‘arab-sounding names’. The tail really does wag the dog.

  9. Do by that logic, an association with someone means they are complicit.
Hmmm, weren’t trump and Epstein buddies at one point?

  10. If he wasn’t anti-american before he may be now. Good work USA. Time for the rest of the world to sanction the US for it fascist and racist actions.

  11. This is not the first and certainly not the last. A student from my country (Oman) was turned back from the US going back to college after a break. She was on her final year 😢😢😢😢

  12. Ajjawi is hopeful he wont be killed by any of the current Israeli drone attacks on Lebanon while he is waiting for assistance.

  13. Freedom of speech? It is a joke? America is still a democratic country? Ooops, I might just lose my visa for this comment!
