Hillary Clinton couldn’t carry battleground states versus Trump but a weaker Democratic opponent Biden versus a stronger incumbent Trump will? How does that make any bloody sense? Sanders having a negative effect on the House and Senate races remains to be seen. Until then a President can also accomplish a lot by executive order. Certainly things could smooth out by midterms.
