The simple fact that Trump’s lawyers try to argue that the president is legally allowed to murder people, proves that Trump does not understand the country and its history, does not understand the Constitution, does not understand the oath of office, and is unfit for the Office of the President of the UNITED States of America. No politician worth their salt can argue this, because checks and balances is what the Constitution is built on, and (this one’s for the GOP) it has always been the precedent. There is no freedom under a monarch or dictator.

We can’t pick and choose which Rights we allow, or else we’ve elected to support tyranny. Contrary to your comment, it’s mostly the left which has been attacking the Constitution lately, albeit through Sun Tzu’s method of death by 1000 cuts. None of our rights shall be infringed, and any politician who infringes on them is treasonous to the Constitution. The latest Red Flag Laws strip 2 Constitutional Rights away from all Law Abiding Americans. They specifically infringe on the 2nd and the 4th Amendments. Those rights protect ALL other rights, like the 13th and 19th amendments for example. You can’t say ‘just because I don’t own guns, so i don’t care if they’re taken away from Americans who do’. That’s not how Freedom works. That’s actually the opposite of Freedom, and more in line with Fascism. Question everyone, and everything because people desire money and power and not everyone is interested in your best interests.. Question whether there’s a narrative, and who’s invested in the companies which are pushing it, otherwise we’re all just their lemmings.
