    1. The right have most of the weapons and ammunition. Also covering much more of the country. Wouldn’t go well for the left.

    2. @James Jones
really?? if trump is controlled by Putin I’d say it’s already going well for the “left”.
Also, the ‘right’ have a history of losing.

    1. @waycam77 So, you are telling us that … you could not pay for university, yet you took that path. And you didn’t have a plan for paying the student loan, yet you borrowed. You ended up with a degree in which you are not even good at, resulting in stale wage. All those mistakes of all you own doing are somehow caused by some rich guy paying lower tax %? really?
It is great that some wealthy individuals are will to ‘contribute’ more to society (tax), but are you ever going to own up on you own wrong decisions in life? Wanting someone’s stuffs you don’t have is not ‘struggle’, it’s ‘jealousy’. If you are 40 now, it’s not too late yet. You still have 45 years to go. Just needs to wake up … like we all did. Best of luck, friend!

    2. @Sarah Lee Wow. If 40 year old me can afford to pay more tax it means I am in the higher tax bracket. You don’t need to be poor to empathize with people who are doing it tough. Your inability to see the obvious rort has me questioning your credentials. Increasing social mobility and equality of opportunity doesn’t come at the cost of meritocracy. If you believe it does it means you’re yet to venture outside of the US.

    3. @waycam77 What you are feeling, it is not ’empathy’, you are ‘projecting’. People who had difficulty growing up (including financially) never complained for other people to solve their problems. They are most resilient adults as they had learned early on to rely on oneself.
If you are in your 20’s and are struggling financially at the moment, it’s a just life phase. But, you will not come out of it if you just keep stubbornly pursuing something you can’t have (at this moment). You might want to take ‘another path’, just for few years and then return and try again. I went through the same thing myself, lots of us did … it’s part of life learning.

    4. @Sarah Lee I want to live in a world with more engineers and you want to close that door behind you. You fear competition and I embrace it. That is the fundamental difference between you and I. When the G.I bill was introduced half of all ex-servicemen attended university and this lifted a whole generation of people out of poverty.. I paid $10k for my engineering degree 20 something years ago. Today the same degree at the same university will set you back 60k. So no, I’m not projecting my struggles on the current crop of engineering students, they have it monumentally worse.

  1. Democratic party is now BERNIE or WARREN grass roots for the people.. establishment Democrats are finding supper packs and corperate donations we know they are not for us.

  2. trump’s presidency has been marked by so much sleaze and bias towards the rich. Bernie Saunders is the antidote. Bernie is incorruptible, and will fight for the large majority of the people…the rich have always been able to take care of themselves.

  3. The bloom off Michael Bloomberg is starting to wear off me quickly. I thought maybe just maybe he’s a nice real billionaire contrast to toxic tRump. Yeah he’s nicer comparing apples to orange’s tRump but is that enough?

  4. Spending $174mill to win an office that lasts up to 4 years at a salary of $500000/yr. Am I missing something about how corrupt and unfair that is?

  5. Bloomberg is a well spoken little guy who has survived many Andrea ‘chainsaw’ Greenspan chainsaw attacks because He’s soo tiny!!

  6. Bloomberg will siphon off votes from other so-called “moderate” Democrats (i.e. the cowards and craven apologists for the capitalist ruling class and empire).

    1. They simply can’t fathom the continuing popularity of Sanders. And are looking all over for someone from the elites to stop him. Population be damned.

    2. Oroborus But you’re right, this is what I’ve been saying. He will split with Biden . We should pray that he runs.

  7. Bloomberg should skip everything not just the first couple of contests, but every contest including Super Tuesday.

  8. GTFOOH !! Who wants a wealthy president that can’t relate to the people? They can’t be bought? Yea right they will do anything to keep power

    1. Yeah, we need a senile politician worth $30 million who is bought & Owned by billionaires instead, like Corrupt-joe!💰Lol

  9. Billionaires proved that they WILL NOT VOTE AGAINST THEIR OWN INTEREST! PERIOD! They will never support an Sanders or Warren presidency. Only the MAGA cult or middle to poor class republicans vote against themselves.

  10. IS Ruhle still working for Bloomberg? She seems to know his talking points very well. We don’t need another rich man running the country

  11. IMPEACH 45, DEMOS GOT DESPERATE AFTER THAT LAST DUMB DEBATE. AL GREEN “IF WE DONT IMPEACH HIM, HE MIGHT GET RE ELECTED”

  12. If Bloomberg really cares like he says he could stay out of the race and spend money on clean up projects and climate change issues.

  13. I love how comfortable Rhule is calling Bloomberg “Mike”. They have attended so many parties together that now he’s just an acquaintance, maybe a good friend.
