Montreal is always on the news, they are not humans, they are all wild animals let loose.
Notice no guns involved? Same scenario in the USofA would have resulted in at least 5 gun deaths and denial from the Corporate Politicians and the NRA.
Swampy < Actually an armed population deters a lot of crime and political subterfuge. Gun crime has been declining in the US.
