Loretta Lynch and the DOJ are not happy with the recent announcement to congress by FBI Director James Comey that he found new email evidence and is reopening the Hillary Clinton email investigation. Loretta Lynch and the DOJ wanted James Comey to stay quiet about it, but he wrote a letter to congress anyways.
