@madcheeseknight those counties are tiny and have less people. Obama had h1n1 and Ebola. Never had to do what we’re doing now. Dow never dropped 10k points in couple weeks. Bush Jr had 2 recessions in his 8 years . Bush st had 1. Reagon had at least 1. Great depression was end to decade or more of republican control surged into effect by massive tariff legislation package. I do agree we shouldn’t rely on other countries for certain things but we should still trade with them. Can’t blame the virus for all the Republicans current down falls.
@Brandon Bodwell The economy was chugging along great before the virus came along; honestly, it’ll be probably be great when it’s gone because Trump will still be president.
I’m not interested in defending previous Republican administrations, but Democrats go out of their way to punish success and encourage government dependency through welfare. Pretending as though they fix problems doesn’t explain why most Democrat strongholds are tax-laden wrecks full of poverty and destitution. They just cause problems and sell snake oil to people who don’t pay close attention.

Right this second it would weaken the country to have him step down. I hate him, but it’s true. Right now we need to stop focusing on HIM because he’s basically useless. We need to focus our efforts on OUR communities and on our families and what we can do to keep going. He is just another guy on TV right now. We also do need him to sign the relief bill for areas that are already devastated by this illness or the restrictions from it. A new President would just make that take longer at this point. I know someone who had to lay off all of her employees yesterday. This isn’t going to be over in a couple weeks, this is going to go on for a year or more and the effects will still be hitting us for several additional years
