Jeffrey Epstein Death May Put Alleged Co-Conspirators In New Legal Peril | Rachel Maddow | MSNBC

Rachel Maddow looks at questions raised about whether the non-prosecution agreement for Jeffrey Epstein and any co-conspirators he may have had, as well as the non-disclosure agreements Epstein has his employees sign, are still valid after Epstein's death or whether prosecutors will now have new avenues of inquiry as a result.

  1. I hope everyone involved gets what they deserve. His death should lead to justice for his victims, the justice he managed to escape.

    1. @fran bran You had Obama, a Muslim and Kenyan born guy, in the WH , for 8yrs…

Ooooh, and you just took it…
      Sucker.

    2. @Clair Duffy Are you stupid all Americans have descendants who were immigrants,
Oh except for Warren that is, now go away and bother someone else

    1. Not just NY. It’s all over the world. Hollyweird is involved as is the royal family, Mossad, Palm Beach, many many more than just NY

  2. They need to find Jefferies girlfriend she needs to be imprisoned she’s as guilty if not more guilty than what he is , she was the one who had little girls to do sexual favors for some of the men.

    1. FBI needs to dig deeper and find every photo taken, videos, phone contacts, calls, any emails and messages that he had and I’m sure that not only Bill Clinton will be shown but Trump, Acosta, Dirtshowitz and other wealthy elites will be found.

    2. @HealthyAsAHorse! but then trump hired acosta the man who exonerated epstein. Thats a funny way of saying he wanted nothing to do with epstein.

    3. Just one. The one backed by Vladimir Putin. Putin has far too much invested in Trump to lose it all now. Anyone else who goes to prison over this makes a juicy story and that’s about it. Trump, Putin and all linked to them stand to lose EVERYTHING!!!!!!

  3. Trump reaction and actions over Khashoggi’s murder makes Trump look like the guilty one even more so and Epstein-Barr Virus the chief in the cover-up. ..

    1. @KnivesByHand 26 times Bill Clinton attended, but they still show a photo of Trump and Epstein from fifty years ago.
But Trump was on a plane they say, they forget to mention it was a commercial flight.

    2. @KnivesByHand A day before Epstein kills himself, court documents show that Trump is found on the flight logs for the “lolita express”. Enjoy your gullibility.

    1. You are kidding me…..you white people have called black people “n***” for decades and nothing is done…you expect black people to hold their tongue and be nice when racism is so prevalent and when someone calls a white person a derogatory word you freak out! talk about hypocrisy……you Americans are crazy

  4. Evil people like this exist. They aren’t an excuse to stop trying; they are the reason we cannot stop.

    1. CJusticeHappen21 … well spoken. I fear those with the power to do something are deaf to your simple, succinct reality. Pity….

    2. lawton ratnam You’re wrong….it’s never a ‘good try’ with truth hurts; he’s just a waste of skin…

  5. He evaded justice once (god only how) and now evades it again! When rich powerful people get ensnared they hardly ever pay their due’s

    1. He’s DEAD, Jim. Whether he snuffed himself or somebody else did it, he didn’t ‘evade justice’, he’s now facing a far more serious Court.

    2. Yeah I’d call a death sentence Justice. Even if it was self imposed. But have to see if his victims see it that way. Hopefully they will. The pedo is dead, he doesn’t get to enjoy his life anymore.

    3. @Richard Barber he would have faced such whether he died of natural causes or not. And no SON of ABRAHAM has any idea what that is.

    1. #TipOfTheIceberg dude.. wait til’ WE realise they’ve had #FreeEnergy for the last century.. OH.. the #OffWorld civilizations.. sshhhiiii… #CLUELESS!

  6. Trump and William Barr were in charge of Epstein’s security, Trump and Barr were both personally conflicted. They cannot be trusted.

    1. @fran bran I am not uneducated, I know how to discern fact from fiction. Indeed I have an LLB hons degree so I am probably a lot better at evaluating information from various sources and picking sense from nonsense. I will stick to the forums that I know are reputable and not venture down the road of crackpots. But thank you for your offer.

    2. @fran bran By the way Trump deserves to be attacked everyday, he is a vile man, everyday he does something unconscionable and the media has every right to call him out on it.

    3. @Trumps Dantichrist Your choice, how can you evaluate information without bothering to look at it.
It might surprise you to learn I am not without qualification,
Calling people crackpots without even looking at what they report,is something I never do.
You are basing your opinions on a news channel that has the lowest ratings in America.
Did you watch the Bruce Ohr 302 that was revealed last week ,interesting stuff. CNN did not mention it.

  7. Haaaaa – let’s see if Dershowitz suddenly writes a strongly-worded op-ed arguing that non-prosecution agreements protecting anonymous co-conspirators must survive the death of the major party. Totally hypothetically of course. For the sake of the CONSTITUTION. (Asking for a friend).

    1. “Constitutional Protections Require That Prosecutors Honor Non-Prosecution Agreements Posthumously and, Also, I Kept My Underwear On” by Alan M. Dershowitz

    2. @azarisLP haaaaa! Excellent. Followed up with a book:
      “Massages at Friends’ Houses
(and other tales of things definitely not remotely enjoyed with elderly Russian women)” by Alan Morton Dershowitz. Published by Harvard University Press.

    3. He’s not only a mouth piece for the Rich he’s now a possible a co-conspirator with Ebstein, where the elite meet the petite !

  8. Very disturbing. Seems it’s not just a sitting president that’s above the law, it’s anybody who’s wealthy and powerful who’s above the law.

    1. @UCULDwQhYDKKXrjaTdaoNttQ No one is getting off,it wont matter what party you support,
A lot of people do not understand how deep this goes,a few names in the media is nothing ,
There are a lot of independent researches into Epstein and his cult ,its sick and satanic.
Epstein even owned a firm who won the lottery twice ?this is all recorded facts.

  9. Why on earth would Acosta agree not to investigate co conspirators? Why should they get off Scott free ?

    1. Hey look just because the perverts dead there are many people that are probably being Black Mailed by Epstine now that he’s gone things are coming to ahead Hey Trump beware of the little black book they can be damaging lolololol

  10. THE BIG QUESTION IS WHERE IS THAT MAXWELL WOMAN ?THE AMERICAN FEDS MOST LIKELY HAVE AN APB FOR HER WHEREABOUTS

  11. the use of such law on suspected black drug dealers but since Epstein is white and rich it won’t apply to him.

  12. Damnation – Rachel it looks as though you are gonna be chasing all of these related cases for life – but if any team of journalists can find something of worth, it is this team and their highly competent front woman – go Rachel go!!!

  13. Barr should’ve thought about the repercussions after Epstein’s death, NDA’s are null and void! Let’s see how he gets his beloved bottom feeder (POStus) out of this hole.
