Irv Gotti On Rapper 6ix9ine: Tekashi Will Have A Hit Comeback After Testifying

Music executive and Murder Inc. CEO Irv Gotti tells MSNBC’s Ari Melber that rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine is ‘obviously not a gangster.’ In a Fallback Friday interview, an irreverent segment on the news show ‘The Beat with Ari Melber,’ Gotti addresses Tekashi’s federal RICO case, saying he thought ‘it was cool to be something that [he’s not].‘ Gotti predicts, though Tekashi is a witness in the case, it will not affect his career, adding ‘if he comes out and makes a hit record’ the ‘younger people‘ are ‘not going to care” that he cooperated with the federal authorities and testified. Aired on 10/11/19.
