  1. “Ethics and oversight are what you eliminate when you want absolute power.”
    ― DaShanne Stokes

“Whatever government is not a government of laws, is a despotism, let it be called what it may”
    ― Daniel Webste

“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
    ― Theodore Roosevelt

If what Trump has done isn’t wrong, then that means that nothing is wrong. if Trump isn’t impeachable, then that means that no president will ever be impeachable, no matter what they do. And that will spell the end of our democracy, our Constitution, and our republic. It will be as if we never fought and won a  war of independence against a King.

  2. When Clinton got impeached, he focused on his work and passed a balanced budget.
During t’rump’s impeachment, I’d be surprised if he could even manage to spell “balanced budget.”

    • william willie your proof it was rigged? I am so tired of that old bullshite. So some favored her but never an proof that they rigged it.

@Kevin stevens The DNC admitted in court that they rigged the primaries. Google that you don’t have to take my word for it.
There’s no question and the corporate media helped them.

@Kevin stevens On August 25, 2017, Federal Judge William Zloch, dismissed the lawsuit after several months of litigation during which DNC attorneys argued that the DNC would be well within their rights to select their own candidate. “In evaluating Plaintiffs’ claims at this stage, the Court assumes their allegations are true—that the DNC and Wasserman Schultz held a palpable bias in favor Clinton and sought to propel her ahead of her Democratic opponent,”

Roger Stone Must have gifted Trump some really solacious blackmail tapes on the Republican Party members to make them blind to Justice

That isn’t it. A POTUS that has been impeached because of sedition or treason forfiets his entire party. All Ex orders, laws , and judicial placements become null and void leaving HRC as your POTUS.

    • I’ve been thinking this for some time..Putin has Trump, NRA and many Republicans in his pocket.

    • I just think the Republican party has sold their souls…..and that ship goes down in flames eventually with Trump. You will always have the Trump cult base….but that is not enough to get him re elected….and once HE falls…..all these stooges that turn a blind eye will start falling one….by…..one

  4. Mitt and 19 of his homies gonna vote to evict and M Rom will run and win…i hope so anyway..im getting 91:1 for that to happen 🤘

  5. Can we impeach Nunes too, please?

  6. trump is going to be in a very bad mood, be prepared to duck his tweets America. 🦆 🐥😊

Mr Turley, would you be willing to file a timely FOIA request for the files and testimony you believe the Judiciary Committee requires to proceed?

Congressional subpoenas were unable to obtain Ukraine-related communications between GIULIANI and State Department officials including SoS Pompeo.
American Oversight used the FOIAct to obtain documents and others not yet provided.

  8. Wisdom never changes, knowledge does. Wise people are often guided by their (unchanging) principles. Knowledgeable ones are often guided by their (fickle) biases.

  9. Crony capitalism vs free market capitalism

Power of corporations vs power to the consumers/people

I have a feeling the government is starting to reflect the people.

  10. Before Trump’s Asian summit in the Autumn of 2017 there were some Republikkkans, including Lindsey Graham, who were willing to stand up to Trump.

Then Trump has a unscheduled secret meeting with Putin and all the Republikkkans suddenly became subservient to Trump (and Putin).

We still do not know what Putin told Trump in all those secret meetings.

If Russia has the capabilities to hack into the DNC computer systems, then the Russians surely have hacked into the Republikkkan’s computer systems.

To make Republikkkans agents of Russia, what dirty little secrets does Putin have on the Republikkkans?

There needs to be an independent investigation into every Republikkkan traitor in Congress.

  11. Funny how Republicans and cronies only say what they’re paid to say…thus all the flip flopping.

Turley lost everyone’s respect yesterday. Obviously, he is rooting for the mobster-buffoon and putting a big stain on his reputation. How could he not react to the buffoon’s repeated assaults on democratic governance and contempt for the Constitution? Even Napolitano could see through the mobster-buffoon’s nefarious agenda on Fox News.

Lol Sheila Jackson Lee was there with the same hairstyle lol

  15. Turley is Bill Barr-ish.
Speak softly, sound convincing and others won’t notice you’re full of ……….

  16. “well, there’s not enough evidence to support impeachment…” … because this President, much like Nixon in the past, won’t allow aides to testify, or submit relevant subpoenaed documents. So, yeah, when the subject of the investigation refuses to comply, you’re gonna get a flawed result… but not a totally bad one either.

  17. GOP’s brilliant defense of Trump: “What did Trump dooooooooo? What did Trump do wrooooong?”

  18. Turley must have drank the same kool-aid as Lindsey Graham.

Is it just me, or does the 2019 John Turley look NOTHING like the 1998 guy?! Did they get the right guy to come? 😂

  20. MSNBC’s Alex Jones!
