@Peter Gostelow Trump has to be guilty of a crime to be a removed from office or something that Congress presumes to be a crime that is why they draft articles of impeachment to remove someone from office. I know what the process is. Do you know what treason is? Selling out your country to an adversary? I know treason has nothing to do with shedding light on wrongdoing of a President, especially treasonous actions by a president. It’s people like you who cry treason towards the brave men and women who speak out against the administration that send the country backwards. Watch what you say.

The Democrats have been trying to impeach Trump since 2015. After 500 witnesses in the Mueller investigation, no campaign violation was found. Nothing.
The phone call Trump made shows the whistleblower either got false information and/or lied about it. Either way, the Dems are not impeaching the president for that, but hoping to do so for obstructing them from manufacturing a crime to impeach.
I’m not speaking out against the government, the House Democrats are. Trump won the 2016 elections despite interference by the DNC and the Mueller investigation conspired by the FBI, CIA, and DOJ. That is treason.
Do you agree the House of Representatives cannot impeach a president because their candidate lost an election?

A Putin puppet when Putin invaded Ukraine and the G8 kicked out Russia and became the G7 and put sanctions on Russia, then the US and other nations promised aid to Ukraine. Then Trump vetoes sanctions on Russia and holds hostage the help from the US to protect Ukraine from Russian attacks. Let’s not forget also when Russia attacked our 2016 election, as you can easily read in bi-partisan and non-partisan reports in which every intelligence community agrees. Then when the US congress put sanctions on Russia, again Trump vetoes.
I mean there’s also the part where Trump literally left our allies for dead to face ethnic cleansing, only to move our troops to protect oil fields.. a move condemned by both parties as it forever weakens America’s trustworthiness. There’s the parts where he divulges secrets, tactics, and protected material on live TV. Seriously undermining our country’s national security.
And if I had time and space, I’m sure I could write you a novel of other crimes of betrayal, but if you’re loyal to Trump at this point it’s pretty clear that you are too deep in his cult following to understand logic, reason, or even why he’s being impeached. So perhaps you should hold off on the commentary until, at the very least you’ve read the Mueller report. You can ask a grown up to read it for you if you don’t understand the big words.

He’s not that high up in the military ranks, he’s lieutenant colonel which is on the high end of mid level. The WH is refusing to co-operate with a group of people who have decided to impeach the president, without a cause, and are using the inqiry to create a crime that will meet their narrative. The inquiry itself is not being conducted, nor endorsed by the House, who are legally the only ones who can impeach. This is basiclly a coup that began in late 2015.

The default is everyone is innocent. The burden of proof rests with the accuser. If you think Trump is guilty then you have prove, beyond reasonable doubt, through the American Law of evidence, what your are accusing Trump of (not) doing is an offense.

The DNC planned to remove Trump starting in 2015, before he was even elected. Their twofold strategy was to get the media to lie about him (fake news) and second, the FBi, CIA, DOJ, DNC, Ukraine and several other countries would manufacture false information to have him impeached. The Do Nothing Democrats have spent the last 3 years trying to get rid of a president duly elected by the American people.

You’re right about Barr and Durham revealing nothing because their investigation is private. Schiff, of course, claimed the Trump campaign asked Russia to rig the 2016 elections. Mueller’s report didn’t show the campaign was involved in Russia’s meddling. The DNC, FBI, CIA, and Ukraine did create the hoax.
You can label the Ukraine call however you like, but before you can impeach the president you must point show what was the High Crime committed in the call before you can assume the president is guilty.
There is no Trump crime, if there was one, the Dems would have found it by now and begun impeachment. Remember, only socialists hate the truth, believe in power, and look for a crime to match the accusation. In this case, it is an attempted coup by the Democrat Party. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty (in a court of law).
@Peter Gostelow Trump asked for foreign help in his reelection campaign. That is a federal election CRIME. There was quid pro quo which, with the first crime, is a second CRIME of bribery. The US Constitution names bribery as an impeachable offense. The rest is supporting evidence.
