    1. brian gardner I know in your head everything you’re saying is making sense and you think it’s a really good point but in reality it’s nothing more than the babbling of an uneducated troll.

I did fact checking, you should have done before commenting. You need to study up on political science, and constitutional history. 🧐

(1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized American citizens with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States. The intent behind the Act is to prevent unauthorized negotiations from undermining the government’s position.[2] The Act was passed following George Logan’s unauthorized negotiations with France in 1798, and was signed into law by President John Adams on January 30, 1799. The Act was amended in 1994, changing the penalty for violation from “fined $5,000” to “fined under this title”; this appears to be the only amendment to the Act.[2] Violation of the Logan Act is a felony.

The Act was amended in 1994, changing the penalty for violation from “fined $5,000” to “fined under this title”; this appears to be the only amendment to the Act. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony. Only two people have ever been indicted on charges of violating the Act, one in 1802 and the other in 1852.

Both the Secretary of State and ambassadors are appointed by the President, with the advice and consent of the Senate. The United States Secretary of State acts similarly to a foreign minister and under Executive leadership is the primary conductor of state-to-state diplomacy.

  1. There’s no reason in the world that guiliani shouldn’t be in prison shame on everyone in law enforcement arrest him already

    1. Burisma Biden … he cant testify.. That would make trump even more guilty… so I wouldn’t get your hopes up

  2. Outing the whistleblower is also a crime, so add that to trump’s list. PLEASE have Guliani testify!!! They’ll throw each other under the bus and the truth will come out

  3. I’ve wanted to hear both liars testify, Trump & Guiliani. I don’t think either could tell the truth about anything. I think they would hang each other.

    1. TheAnnArnold Giuliani has been interviewing Ukrainian officials in regards to the Bidens’ (and others) corruption and has documentation. Why else do you think Democrats don’t want him to testify???

    2. Rod Allen : your amateur conspiracy disinformation’s getting sadder as more and more proof emerges every day Boris. A child can see that Ghouliani’s tampered and led crims and crim witnesses to create ‘documents’ to support his diabolical assault on the Constitution.

    3. @Rod Allen democrats wants Guiliani to talk. Republicans don’t want Rudy to open his mouth. You on backwards day or what dude?

  4. GOP senators will have Rudy claim unfit for trial for insane reasons. They have every television interview he’s done for 3 years as proof. End of story 🤪🤪😎

    1. After a traditional business lunch with enough martinis, he should be well lubed enough to give the same quality testimony/tirade.

    1. Hayden Williams : thank you very much 👍🏼

I’d love someone to write a chronological list of the Intel and Judicial Committees’ phone calls and emails btwn NunesCow, Donorrhoea, Ghouliani, Budget, WH etc etc ?

    2. Hayden Williams Have you spent as much time with the IG’s report? The FBI’s illegal surveillance (spying) of Carter Page and Papadopoulos. The discrepancies with the 302’s as related to Flynn.

When I see people like Comey, Brennan and McCabe charged with the same crimes as Roger Stone, then I will believe we actually have justice in this country.
