  1. why she keep saying persons? I thought the right word was people. Good
    project going on but the people who live aboard need to get more involve in
    getting funds for the island.

  4. It seems to me that these GIS videos are relatively new, I think its a
    fantastic way to keep Dominicans and all who take an interest of events on
    the Island in touch. As an x native it gives me an enormous sense of pride
    to see the changes taking place. I look forward to visiting soon.
