Federal prosecutors have charged a 24-year-old Ohio man, Ethan Kollie, with lying on the federal ATF form when he bought a handgun in May. He's charged with falsely denying that he used illegal drugs. NBC News’ Pete Williams reports on the charge as well as other information from court documents.

It’s not that it’s never happened…I remember a Black male sniper shooting off a freeway… The point is that IF this happened on the same scale as these Mass shootings done by white males, laws would change quickly. There’s no problem when blacks shoot each other hence no coverage of Chicago’s issues.

So now friends are buying guns and armor for their friend without asking why and just doing them “favors”. Right. Even if they implement background checks, it won’t solve the problem since people who’ve cleared the background checks will buy guns for others. Then there are those on the complete other side of the fence who think we should all have the right to carry concealed handguns to “protect” ourselves.

Don’t forget the “war on drugs.” All psychiatric drugs have some potential to accidentally make people feel good who don’t deserve it (aka “potential for abuse”) so they are scheduled and doctors have to keep quotas down and it’s not like you say no to rich, bored white housewives, so mentally ill people are the first to suffer. Because pigs and coats are too dumb to differentiate between dangerous opioids and everything else, just that they are good soldiers in the dumb little war

If you could actually expect the police to help. Some people reported and got charged with being an accessory and got years in federal prison. And some didn’t report and got the same. You never want to assume they are the good guys. Just bureaucrats farming convictions looking for their next victim.
