  1. Republicans would love to call legitimate witnesses who can refute the testimony of others and provide proof that Donald Trump did not try to use military aid and the promise of a White House visit to extort Ukraine into publicly smearing Joe Biden. Unfortunately they can’t because no such witnesses exist. So the best they can do is attempt to muddy the waters by focusing on the whistle blower and Hunter Biden. Republicans have sold their souls to the devil posing as a lying, cheating, 300+ pound con artist from NYC.

    1. Wolf – Operation Desert Storm was all GOP. The whole “Weapons Of Mass Destruction” debacle. Still to this day in 2019 it’s the gift that keeps on giving. Thanks for playing. Try again next time.

    2. All they want to do is prolong the process, hoping to find that needle in the haystack, if there is one. People just admit you made a mistake, there is no shame in that.

    3. “If Jesus had a gun, he’d be alive today.” ~~ Homer J. Simpson

(Jesus sneezes when he seizes grilled cheeses, and he wheezes when he freezes in the breezes in the treeses …..and loses his keyses on the flying trapezes ….which pleases and teases his nephews and nieces, who order more pizzas …..and charge it to Visas……. )

  2. Trump’s administration is doing its best to rewrite the constitution as I type. If it succeeds, everything that is decent in the US will be undermined, and everything that is decent in this world will become polluted.

    1. Ellen Anderson my current book is “the War for America’s Soul” and you are accurately depicted in it as the villain. You will fade and fail

    2. @Maha Tiki Cat : He saved civilisation ??????? Put the bottle down and try to explain that one when you’ve dried out a bit.

  3. Trump is running a criminal enterprise out of the WH. He is shaking down the American taxpayer and his bagman Ghouliani trots the globe recruiting ‘pay to play’ clients. This is not a ‘coup’ of the 2016 election cuz EVERYBODY knows Moscow Mitch and Co. won’t find him guilty. What this is, is a ‘red alert’ do NOT re-elect warning siren.

    1. @Closeoutracer again, dude, which transcripts are you reading? Now, before i go on, i am neither democrat nor republican, in fact I am not even American. My interests in american politics are purely for information. With that in mind, let me break it down for you
      1. The call summary his royal dumbness put out showed that he said to Zelensky “do us a favour, though”, right after the Ukrainian president requested for “more javelins”. That does not look good for trump.
      2. Then there are all the witnesses who have come forward to testify and their testimony (read the transcripts) have been devastating for your chosen one. They corroborated one another to a man such that Sondland, a trump appointee had to amend his testimony to fall in line because he was at risk of perjury. Your lordship then blocked his people, people like Mulvaney, implicated in the plot from testifying to your congress (in other words, no transparency to the American people). I would think that with all your America first rhetoric, that would bother you.

It is but my opinion that trump is guilty of all he’s accused of wrt the Ukraine story and here are my reasons why:
      1. All of this was happening under the table. That’s why it bothered the career diplomats who appropriately raised concerns. For preference, I am sure you’re aware there is a video of Joe Biden bragging about getting the prosecutor fired. That was the American policy position at the time. It was bipartisan and it was done in cohort with IMF, the Ukrainian parliament and other European countries.
      2. If his fight against corruption as I’m sure you’ll be quick to point out to me as genuine, why was it not a priority in the first or second year of his presidency when he had a republican congress?
      3. Why did he need Zelensky to publicly announce that Ukraine was opening an investigation if his intentions weren’t nefarious?
And finally, why would he not let his minions go up and testify if he thinks there is any evidence or testimony they could give that would exculpate him?

    2. @Drealskero You’re clearly not an American attorney. The President is the head of the Executive Branch… of which the DOJ is a part. Therefore able to engage in law enforcement concerns. Requesting a corruption investigation…. Hunter Biden took 3.4 Million as a board member of Burisma when NO other board member got such a distribution says BRIBE… is absolutely legal.

    3. @Closeoutracer Whatever Mr. ‘This Channel doesn’t have any content’ Ghouliani will be arrested soon and he’ll spill all over Trump.

    1. Jay Kuykendall. Don’t forget – his neighbor said he was throwing rocks at her toddler/baby when in a playpen in the backyard !

    2. derek mcg    …………      Even worse .  Megalomaniac psychopath . NASD – IV . Narcissist with a messianic complex, a cult leader . Jim Jones, David Koresh, Marshall Applegate, Adolph Hitler. Pol Pot, Idi Amin . Death Cult Donnie .

    3. Terri F   …………………   Worse than a sociopath . trump is a natural born psychopath with no empathy or other normal human emotions . A sociopath learns to be selfish and apathetic ; and so ( sometimes ) remembers what shame is . trump is incapable of that .

    1. Do the magas have any choice? The hardest thing is to admit you where wrong! It is not GOP or DOJ its America for crists sake! GOP S please do the right thing!

  4. And his ‘nobody can control me’ attitude is why his parents resorted to sending hm away to military school.

    1. @JoeyFiveandDimes if this is true, She Knew. (who and what he is…..) I feel bad for her. probably never mentions his mother because in his mind women are secondary and used for ‘entertainment’ only. if they’re too old he has no use for them. Truly, Truly a corrupt to the core man.

    2. nunya business TAX EVASION -SO HE LEARNED FROM HIS DAD TO DEFRAUD AND HE TRAINED HIS CHILDREN TO BE CORRUPT – THE MAN IS A FAILURE AT BEING HUMAN – as he is inhumane – A MAN – because he is immature and behaves like a incorrigible twelve year old BRAT – HE IS A FAILURE AS A HUSBAND – three marriages cheated on all his wives – AND A FAILURE AS A FATHER – I once heard him brag that he didn’t bother with the work of raising his own offspring AND A FAILURE AT PRESIDENT of our country as he is ONLY IN IT FOR HIMSELF AND HIS PERSONAL FINANCIAL GAIN – AND HAS BEEN EXPOSED FOR SHAKING DOWN A VERY IMPORTANT ALLY AND TRYING TO EXTORT THEM WITH TAXPAYER MONEY -AND PUTTING OUR NATIONAL SECURITY AT RISK – FAILURE !

    1. DM Tea it’s worse than Clinton jeepers mate its a new standard in an impeachment it’s about as bad as it gets if the Senate doesn’t remove him questions need to be answered why not

    2. @sis jones yeah okay. I’m going to listen to someone who can’t even spell their names correctly and is OBVIOUSLY wearing a Maga hat. Trump can’t even finish a statement without defacing either of the two you mentioned!

    3. Hey Clinton was peached for lying about the BJ not the BJ itself and at the time McConnell and Lindsay Graham said perjury alone merits impeachment

    1. @Maha Tiki Cat He’s just sacked an honourable man with a courageous record and a Purple Heart. The Military? What? You’ve been talking to someone who’s been cashiered?

    1. @Patrick West Wrong .. 1. Vote on Clinton’s impeachment went before the entire House of Representatives 2. The Judiciary COMMITEE is the House Committee responsible for preliminary House impeachment investigations. 3. Schiff is Intelligence Committee Chairman (not judiciary) and is Forbiding GOP from calling witnesses. Schiff is obliterating due process with a. Forbidding GOP from calling witnesses b. Denying President Right to Counsel by banning President’s Attorneys. Your paragraph was pure garbage.

    2. @Bucky Pinata <<<<----------------------------- Thar she trolls!!!!!! 🚣 Trump got on the phone with Vlad, He said "Daddy, I'm looking real bad". So Putin put trolls, on the internet roles, to make Orange Fatty, less sad.

    3. @Closeoutracer it depends on the case.
There are many cases you’re not allow to face your accuser.
If someone saw you break in a house, that person can report you and you may never know until it is reveal.
Until by law they are protected.
Just like a line up, that person is protected.
      So you’re not spot on.
      Every case is different

  5. This information needs to be presented in a way that a kindergartner can understand.

There are a lot of people in America who don’t understand the complexities of our constitution. And the Republican party is praying on this. Trump is a danger to our constitution and our planet. I’m pretty convinced that the constitution was built to prevent people like Trump bullshitting their way into power and then destroying the citizens because of narcissistic behavior.

    1. @roger le phoque that is a very real issue though going on with the bi-party system I believe. If we had no party system I could see people voting based of a proper judgment.

Do you have any better ideas?

    2. Er…mea culpa. That should read: “…we often UNDERESTIMATE our own intelligence vis-a-vis theirs.” Evidently this was a Freudian slip on my own part..

    3. @Dolores Reynolds I wouldn’t underestimate Trump in 2020 like the democrats did in 2016. He pays attention and plays the media and the Democrat base like the cheap violin they are

  6. Much love for Chairman Adam Schiff. He is doing an outstanding job “prosecuting” the extortionist Donald Trump.

    1. Schiff a 😈 DemonRats .
He should better work for the American people the USMCA, the border security, our vets, our healthcare, our troops abroad….
      DemonRats….. don’t you see it
They are only after power and so remove our great president

  7. My Wife and I have a great bottle of wine we will open to celebrate the first evening Trump is no longer stinking up our beautiful White House.

    1. It’s going to be a long 5-years for snowflakes like you. He won’t be removed from office and will be easily reelected in 2020. #DesperateDemocrats

  8. Music to my ears ! It’s very confusing to hear all these talking heads say he has done impeachable things or he has not done impeachable things, it’s so messy. Here is a person who has been to the supreme Court and argued the facts of impeachment , he’s a expert. So all you that are wishing for another 4 years, stifle yourselves. I ask you this WHAT WICKED things has he NOT done. Wake up, and help get his crooked azz out of OFFICE…,There’s nothing good about him.

    1. @Real Views Network Lies too you, what is a lie to you, is a lie to you, with that stupid reply , keep it moving your wasting my time. Learn to resepct other people’s opinions , it’s the mature thing to do. Go way!

    2. @Wolf Jumper this is just idiocy in words, name one good thing Trump has done since he has been in office, name one thing he has succeeded in doing, you talk about illegal aliens coming to this country and taking all the good jobs, name the good jobs if you can, also explain this to me, Trump is railing against illegal aliens and throwing them out of the country for being here illegally but what has he done to any of the companies that are hiring them, if the weren’t companies hiring them to work they wouldn’t come here seeking a better life

  9. IMPEACH THE MOTHER FKER 🇺🇸
This is a putin installed criminal enterprise folks, the pussygrabber is a national security threat

    1. @iGNiTE
The GOP is KKK in red caps now, ignorant rural racists and TRAITORS 😀 this administration was brought to you by the fans of duck dynasty and honey boo boo 👎

  10. I’ve never believed anything Republicans say, especially that narcissistic joke in Our White House and that’s how you don’t get brainwashed

    1. @iGNiTE Watch Rachael Maddow’s show from last evening. It spells out his ties to Russia and his treason. If you don’t watch shows like this but only Fox, you are being lied to. If you don’t watch it, don’t expect to know the truth.

  11. When Lawrence Tribe comes out and speaks like this about the president.
He’s widely respected across the isle.
You know, Bone Spurs is in a heap of trouble.

    1. @CellGames2006 Nancy started the impeachment because Trump and his minion’s are criminals and have committed many crimes while in office. If we didn’t have a corrupt AG then he would have already been removed from office. Now, since he doesn’t know how, NOT, to commit crimes, they get to try again.
While impeachment does not require any specific violation of statute, throughout federal and state law across the United States, conduct such as that in which Trump appears to have engaged—acts such as coercive bribery or extortion, especially involving public officials—is unlawful.
      “Impeachment”
The U.S. Constitution explicitly includes bribery as a reason to impeach a president: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
The statute governing bribery by public officials, 18 U.S. Code § 201, repeatedly states that bribery can occur “directly or indirectly.”

Hobbs Act in the Supreme Court case Evans v. United States, elaborates specifically on how quid pro quo agreements may be identified:
The official and the payor need not state the quid pro quo in express terms, for otherwise the law’s effect could be frustrated by knowing winks and nods. The inducement from the official is criminal if it is express or if it is implied from his words and actions, so long as he intends it to be so and the payor so interprets it.
Trump appears to have engaged with respect to Ukraine is recognized as corrupt and unlawful. If Trump were merely a common mob boss, he would be held accountable for his actions. As president, he should also be held accountable—impeached and removed from office by the U.S. Congress. Trump is not above the law, and elected officials have the duty to prove that now to the American people.

      1.Trump asked for a “favor”
      (Quid pro quo)

      2. He asked Zelensky to investigate the family of one of Trump’s political rivals, former Vice President Joe Biden.

3.Trump blocked hundreds of millions of dollars in security assistance to Ukraine.

    2. @Lilbit 55 you described here what the law professor just said in easy to understand facts. It’s how the Congress is going to have to approach this matter for the public to see the full scope of what trump and this administration has been doing.

    3. I wish that were true. But you are not going to get 20 Republicans in the Senate no matter how much evidence there is.
