It seems, more and more, that society is rewarding bullying. Rewarding getting angry and taking revenge. Rewarding selfishness. And our planet is dying.
@Lisa Rodriguez Planet is still dying. Humans have done a lot of the damage, many in industry. Oceans heating, plants and animals going extinct, ice caps melting, sea levels rising, weather going increasingly chaotic. May not be irreparable, but I actually feel guilty because I have children, and they get what’s left.

So stupid, all this talk of a civil war. It can’t possibly happen for many reasons. First…who would fight/shoot who?? There were factors such as uniforms, southern and northern accents, above or below the Mason Dixon line to determine who was on what side. It’s not like dems and Republicans run around wearing identifying outfits or shirts. Second, some republicans disagree with their own party and some dems do…what do you do with them? Third, what do you do with independents? Fourth…there were two seperate governments with their own laws and even money systems during the Civil War…there’s only the one now. Who would fight who? These civil war people are nuts and unintelligent.

This is why the house should hold off sending the articles of impeachment to the senate till after the 2020 election. After all the republicans held off Obama from appointing a Supreme Court justice.

@Penboy as ‘god’ pelosi has NO control over the trial or the senate, no one cares what she wants. Was mitch over in her face making her be fair? Mitch will give her a deadline to turn over her documents and name her managers and the date and then he will go ahead with or without her.
Any stall tactics hurt her dems running for their primary and no one else. All of them have to stay 6 days a week until it’s finished, no week ends off.
