Yeah, this paragraph establishes Trump knew about the Russian interference. The fact that Trump and his campaign staff accepted it and did not report it is simply un-American. But the key words here are “did not establish” which is lawyer speak to say that an allegation may be true, but there is not enough evidence available to prove it. Mueller actually said much of the potential evidence was unobtainable during his investigation. We all know how much Trump likes to use his presidential authority to keep evidence out of the hands of investigators.
