Those rail passengers. Out of luck. I imagine that’s how the Metis of the prairies felt pre-1905 when John MacDonald decided to plow a rail line through and displace the First Nations and Metis of ancestral land in MB and SK.
Not taking sides on this issue, but something to think about if you have respect for the country’s history.
