Re: SNC and Trudeau’s interference in the Justice System…he basically said he “felt ” it was OK because he was standing up for Canadian jobs ( about 3400 jobs which would have been integrated into other construction/engineering firms if SNC failed). Under no circumstances is it ever OK to interfere in the Justice System. He was only standing up for himself , because the company is headquartered in his riding and SNC is closely tied to Quebec and the Liberal Party. He didn’t mention that if convicted SNC would not be allowed to bid on any lucrative Federal contracts. They certainly couldn’t do work on the pipeline he bought. Trudeau’s motivation had nothing to do with “Canadians” in general. If he really cared about jobs he would have addressed the issue of over 100 000 unemployed Albertans and a multitude of business bankruptcies there, with a lot more passion during the last 4 years…..in fact he just kept adding nails to the coffin.
