Unforunately in Canada only 2 parties are not socialism focused and don’t tell me how to live my life.
Socialism is about workers’ control. Meaning, workers making the decisions in their work places and industries. Literally, the opposite of dictating to you how to live your life. The whole point of socialism is to democratize the economy along with political democracy. Cause if you don’t control the economy, you don’t control anything.
There isn’t a single Canadian party, or relevant politician, who supports workers’ control over production. Not one.
But you’d have to have a basic intro to economics to know any of this. Stick to the hollow talking points tho, looks like it’s working out great for you.
p.s. I suggest you google “neoliberalism”, do a little history reading and that way, maybe you’ll understand that Scheer, Trudeau, Bernier are all the same. So is May, and probably Jagmeet. They’re all neoliberals and they will screw you over. As they have for decades.
Progressive voters in Canada should think hard before they vote. If Conservatives get a majority the NDP will not be able to stop them from doing what they want.
