The thing is, if you’re posting a link as evidence of something, and you admit that the information at your link can be verified at other sources, it’s not a link you you should be using.
A link is the evidence.
The only time a link such as yours is valid is if there’s a direct link to whatever evidence you’re claiming. For example, if I make a scientific claim, I can use a link such as yours if there’s a direct link to MIT showing the research. It’s not a valid link if it links to a news source that makes said claims, even if that news source does have a direct link to the source.
