A federal court in Texas has ruled that President Trump violated the law by using a national emergency proclamation to acquire funds to build the border wall with Mexico. NBC News' Pete Williams has details on the ruling. Aired on 10/11/19.

I mean, the President has power to tax payer’s money in some situations. Also, King George wasn’t crazy, there is no historical evidence that his behavior was erratic and helped cause his downfall. Compared to Hitler to where his erraticism was to blame for many bad military decisions during WW2.

You can’t indict a sitting president. Any president could strangle a baby on live TV and he wouldn’t be arrested as long as he holds the office. Once Trump isn’t president anymore, he will get charged with the crimes he committed as long as the statute of limitations hasn’t run out.
Also, illegal doesn’t always mean crime. It could refer to checks and balances. Just like Trumps Muslim ban, the ban was illegal but he didn’t break any laws putting into place. Or like when they were trying to decide if Obamacare was legal, it the supreme court found parts of it was illegal, Obama wouldn’t of been arrested, the law just wouldn’t of stood.
