    1. @JMK Check this out. House Republicans are going to get a Say in the hearings. GOP Leader Drops BOMB on Schiff – Points to Committee Rule that Must Allow Republicans Day to Call Witnesses – Dems Forgot to Strike This in their Crooked Plot to Remove Trump

I agree with you from a legal point about the Senate discarding the sham impeachment, but this is as much political as legal if not more. The Rep’s won’t miss the opportunity for #DISCOVERY. Perhaps it will still occur in the House hearings.

    1. @Joan Meijer ..Yes, sadly that’s the case. Back in Nixon’s day you had people like John Dean blowing the whistle (Nixon’s own WH counsel). There are no patriots at the top of the GOP these days. Smh.

    2. @Troy Stocker Didn’t know trump was gender confused, doesn’t surprise me but didn’t know that. Him liking young girls in the bathroom I did know

    1. I’d like to see Bolton testify…he is not a fan of Trump, but that shouldn’t color his perspective too much, having been a diplomat he’s had to deal with people he didn’t like without that affecting his impartiality. He is outspoken and firm in his beliefs, a staunch Republican, so I think we would see honest and tempered testimony that the Republicans may have a hard time pushing aside.

    2. Sable Burden Settle down snowflake. I live in Europe. Always have done. They are socialist from his perspective aren’t they?

    1. Bolton doesn’t love Sondland or Giuliani…. and might throw them under a road-raging 18-wheeler…… But he is NOT going give the Dems a helping hand.

    2. @John C YOU NEVER KNOW, HE’S ALREADY BEEN TALKING, AGAINST TRUMP AND, HIS BEHAVIOR AND, TRUMP STARTED IT ! πŸ€”πŸ‘πŸ»

    1. @Lotta Sunshine let’s see how that Don McGhan court ruling next week affects each of their availability to the inquiry.
If history is any lesson the supreme court is supposed to expedite the hearing of the appeal, to within a month even! Time will reveal.

  1. Just freaking put these Mfers in jail who do not honor a congressional subpoena. Put them in jail ! Why do we even have that law? WTF?!

    1. @Daemon Nine You prove to the contrary, go on. The lie list is on record, work through it and disprove it or shut your mouth.

    2. @Daemon Nine Actually there are ten counts of obstruction of justice that Trump faces when he is kicked out of the White House. Trump released the Call Memo in which he asks for investigations into Biden in exchange for Aid. Mulvaney did a press interview where he admitted that Trump ordered Ukraine to do a public statement if it was going to get Aid. If you think this is a nothing burger you need to see an optician before you drive a vehicle. There is no question that Trump is a criminal and has always been a criminal. If Republicans in the Senate leave him in office, Pence will not be able to pardon him: Therefore the Federal and State charges will ensure he dies in prison.

  2. Why is there a “If he comes?” He should be forced to come. How are these individuals allowed to not testify? This is ridiculous. And why are they not trying to obtain the actual call and not a doctored transcript of the call?.I want answers dammit!!! πŸ€ͺ

    1. Because they have enough to impeach, but we can’t afford to let Pence go either. Get that second guilty bird.

    2. Sonics25 Exactly!! Those are the essential points that make all of this a continuing dog and pony show eroding our republic and the state of the world!

    1. His invisible friend says that lies and treason are fine because it’s all for the greater good of making Pence president to enact Jesus’ will on the whores and sinners of the land (women who dance on sundays and show their ankles to lead young men astray) …

    2. Make it on a “stormy” day…maybe he would get struck by the lightning πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ when he touch the Bible

  3. This is not complicated. My kindergartner’s friend said she’d stop being her friend if she didn’t give her some Cheetos. Quid pro quo.

    1. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. So True, That’s EXACTLY What It Is!~πŸ™πŸ™

  4. Stop talking about John Bolton ,he will not do anything his 2 million dollars book deal is more important than America democracy

  5. He’s just a seasoned politician aiming to sell his book he won’t say much. He’ll just banter and it won’t go anywhere. You’ll have to buy the book to find out.

  6. If Giuliani is the hand grenade, John Bolton is the torpedo, the torpedo that will sink the Trump Titanic before icebergs could.

  7. Let’s see if the so called tough guy has the balls to stand up for our country like my brothers and sisters in the army…
