  1. Trump said people are loaded with money, but Newark doesn’t even have clean water to drink. Seriously, our priorities, as a country, are really messed up.

    1. CCJJ160Channels , 100% on the Dems , the city has been poisoned since Booker was Mayor, but NJ refuses to help Black Cities.

  2. ….And I bet they *STILL* expect these people to pay their monthly water bills. Absolutely criminal. Pure evil.

    1. Only in the democrat run cities. Funny they don’t mention that isn’t it. They know your too blinded by trump hate to realize the obvious problem

    2. @Kirk….No! in third world countries they would not be giving free water. The people would be expected to drink the contaminated water. MAGA!!!! if you think that about our country then get off your butt and make it happen.

    3. Kurt Brewka Saddly I said this very thing, Trump would turn America into the largest 3d world country in the the world. I am so sorry. I can’t see why the man is not booted out before it is too late. One only sees poor water in very badly run countries..

  3. Meanwhile… Brazilian rainforest has been burning down for weeks and is turning day to night with all the smoke.

    1. And Brazil’s far Right wing president is doing absolutely nothing to help or stop the wildfire. Why? Because this is all going to plan for him. Just an easier way to destroy their beautiful, valuable and priceless rainforest.
Our environment is in great danger with people like him and Trump running countries.

    1. America has been riding on overhyped glories for a long time. It’s a pretty enough country but too full of dimwitted and self serving fools who imagine their country as a ‘white, xtian nation’. It was never that and will never be. Their voting record speaks volumes.

    2. Go look at our rates for literacy and childbirth mortality. Leaders in illiteracy and lack of health care is more like it.

  4. Water is basic daily life essential for normal people, how come water can be totally cutoff. Unbelievable!

    1. This is what occurs in Palestine every day, including electricity. The government of Israel does this to those people in the world’s largest concentration camp.

  5. This is the United States of Banana Republic in 2019 😞

Just to be clear, its not just a Mayor failing here: trump is hanging out nearby in Bedminster, neither saying or doing anything. Fixing infrastructure? Nope. Another broken promise by trump.

  6. Beto O’Rourke took some time out when his district was plagued with gun violence he stood for and with his people during those crucial moments putting aside his political ambition… Elijah Cummings same thing, so why has Booker not follow these examples?

  7. The water given to these people comes to just over a quart a day which must provide not only drinking water, but also cooking water for oatmeal, Ramen, soup , gravy, etc. They certainty must consume every drop they use in cooking.

  8. Mayor of New Jersey City Steven Michael Fulop and Senator Cory Anthony Booker should be prosecuted for sickening its people and should be held responsible for any deaths or long time illnesses.
Reporters have the moral obligation to ask Senator Cory Anthony Booker, how can we trust you with the country when you have abandoned your people of New Jersey.
People lives are important for reporters not to bring this issues with all Politicians.

  9. Unfortunately, we cant export water to NJ from the Great Lakes, biggest Freshwater Systems in the world, because deregulated steel companies are dumping poisons including cyanide into the Great Lakes. Heaven help us…

  10. Newark NJ will qualify for a super clean up site, state funds won’t touch the problem ! Trump and McConnell are at the controls so nothing will be done !!
