Fact is, many investigations get their start with hearsay; and then corroborating facts and testimony are found, making the original ‘hearsay’ moot . There are also exceptions to hearsay that make it admissible . A ‘dying declaration’ is most obvious . Another is when ‘Admissions Against Interest’ come in through inadvertent confessions, and commonly bragging by the perpetrator . trump has done this countless times, because he can’t help himself and he’s SO goddamn DUMB !
