  1. So Turley would make a case if there is evidence that a person has murdered 3 people and is suspect of murdering 15 more, that person should not be prosecuted until evidence is available of the 15 more suspected murdered victims? So leave the murder out in the world to possibly commit more? Until the total reaches 18, 20 34? Charge him with the 3 murders, they deserve their justice. Keep investigating the 15 more, charge when evidence is obtained and stop further crimes.

Follow the constitution, Articles of Impeachment using the evidence that has been obtained. Keep investigating. imho

    1. @Chuck T. Murder is terrible. Thank you for your response. The impeachment has shown clear, focused, evidence of an abuse of power. There may be more evidence of additional impeachable offenses, so just like a suspect that shows clear evidence of a crime, murder in my analogy -(even though you do not need a crime for an impeachable offense). Use the evidence that has come to light, to go through the constitutional impeachment process. Keep investigating. Stopping the ongoing abuse of power is of critical importance to our fantastic, democratic country. As is continuing to investigate. Peace to you and yours.

  2. Feldman and Kaplan were just phenomenal. Enjoyed when Dr. Kaplan scolded the misogynic GOP senator Collins for trying to smear her. These GOP “brown shirt” cult members are such lying thugs, they are a disgrace to Congress and this generous nation. Send them to Russia for a direct appreciation of what Putin’ s authoritarianism means!

    1. @Brian and Laura Jackson Pottorff: Sorry. I didn’t notice until after I posted that I was wasting my time on a troll. I thought he was unfamiliar with academic titles in this country. I agree with you. BFD.

    1. Agree! The overwhelming evidence speak loud and clear that trump violated his oath and abuse of power—violated national security and our sacred democratic election process.

In order to preserve, protect and defend our constitution, trump must be impeached and removed from office stat

    2. @Sicklady Agreed. Trump can’t stop witnesses from testifying as well as not handing over documents which have been subpoenaed and then claim he is innocent when every piece of evidence so far has indicated his guilt. He’s got to go. An innocent man would not have stopped witnesses from appearing nor would an innocent man have refused to hand over documents which have been subpoenaed . Trump is guilty and he has to go to save the American republic.

    3. Brian Allen 🎯 Well said👏👏👏 Trump is attacking our rule of law and the constitution—the very foundation of democracy.

  3. Republicans believe they can change the constitution to fit their beliefs as they seem fit. That’s UNAMERICAN!

  4. Does Turley really know the Constitution? I hope he was pretending, because if he is not he surely doesn’t deserve too be called a Constitutional scholar.

    1. He said he knew the Constitution back when he cried out w/urgency for Mr. Clinton’s impeachment…

  5. As I watched this live..I was like, wow look at the daggers fly..but suddenly the fourth guy steps up and all he did was stab himself repeatedly ?? It’s becoming more shameful for the Republican party than Trump…like WTH is wrong with these people.. Is the power of aligning with Trump worth throwing your life away for??.. Dear Lord 🙄

    1. lucky Tiger The average dog is more intelligent than a republican. Also, the average dog comports themselves with more professionalism than a republican.

      republican cans are deceitful scum.

  6. 🖕the Republi-Thugs. The only level they will rise to impeach is a black man wearing a tan suit. Own up to your Russian talking points.

  7. Turley’s arguments were not just weak and ‘kettle-calling’ but also LAZY, just like everything coming from the GOP side of this whole crazy affair.

    1. Why didn’t Turley go further and suggest that the Constitution be changed to allow the President to be made King for life?
