  1. thank you AOC. I am not covered by unemployment because I have worked 15 months and you need 18 months.

    1. Donna Johnson google is handy when this type of thing comes up. Just google it to see if it’s legitimate.

    2. Alexander Cartier since you know, how do societies and taxes work? Are governments supposed to take care of you all the time or just when you can’t take care of the situation at hand or yourself? Taxes pay for military and emergency services (to include police and firefighters), but do they need to hold your hand your entire life? When your employment is a contract between you and the business that hired you that you presumably interviewed to work for; what would you like the government to do? How has anything this mathematically challenged turd helped you in that instance? Workers and businesses are dependent upon each other, and the less either has to depend on the government we are better for it. Governments in general are slow to give out but quick to take away. However, for the current panic I understand the desire for government assistance, but what she and other dems are really advocating for is more control over everyone. Seems like you want to welcome less freedom with a warm embrace. You need help…kind of a play on words

  2. I know how to sew…my mother taught me how when I was a kid. I can help factories make masks…I am ready to mobilize to help America 🙂

    1. @Hektoer Donovan when bodies start lining up you will realize how important individual efforts can be. when no one is willing to run the factories and go to work. where i am now, masks disappeared completely depriving even the health workers of the most basic personal protection. i noticed my neighbor (a nurse) taking off her clothes/suit before entering her apartment. all of it except underwear. no bra i noticed. she later told me she re-purposed all of them as face masks.

    1. You might wanna go to plan B if u think the government gonna move quickly name 1 time u bern alive in any governmental office things moved swiftly

  8. If individuals and families get the money, well, you know it’ll trickle down to business and the rich

    1. Actually, money trickles up, from the lower income citizens to the businesses, and eventually to the wealthiest. These are the consumers who spend their money to purchase what the businesses sell, and the wealthy own most of the businesses, & the profits go to them.

    2. That’s the way it is supposed to work ……..we are a consumer based economy ….the people need $$$ to spend to live and that goes a lot of times to bigger entities …..el companys / food distribution / support for production of retail products etc …….that’s fine ……what we don’t want is large amounts of $$$ going directly to the top that doesn’t need it and may not use it to grow the economy ( which is a long term benefit ) but rather to buy back stocks and executive bonuses ……

  9. It is hard to make everyone pleased with the policy operated yy the government.
