Edward Breault Don’t count this out. I am not saying that it is law enforcement doing this, but you cannot tell me that you honestly believe that it couldn’t be a possibility. There have been numerous cases about police officers being serial rapists and murderers. Especially a case here in Illinois in Bloomington where a police officer was convicted of being a serial rapist and was showing up at the crime scene to change evidence. Oh it’s possible.
