      President Donald Trump’s legal team on Dec. 3 presented surveillance footage at a Georgia state legislature hearing that show ballot-counting workers telling poll observers late at night on Election Day to leave before continuing to count and pulling out what appears to be suitcases filled with ballots.

      A spokesperson for Fulton County, in an email to The Epoch Times, did not dispute the authenticity of the video.

      In the hearing on Dec. 3, Jackie Pick, a lawyer who is volunteering with the campaign’s legal case, said the team received video footage from State Farm Arena’s vote-tabulation center in Fulton County, Georgia. The team said that GOP poll watchers weren’t allowed to watch the counting process in the poll center.

      According to Pick, an unusual occurrence took place later in the evening at around 10 p.m. local time. A woman—described as a blonde woman with braids—told workers to stop counting and notified everyone to go home.

      Describing the video footage, Pick said, “Everyone clears out, including the Republican observers and the press, but four people stay behind and continue counting and tabulating well into the night.” The four counted unobserved until about 1 a.m.

      Pick said that video footage shows Fulton County election workers waiting at their scanning areas until GOP poll watchers and reporters left the room before they started “scanning ballots,” ostensibly without any observation. Pick noted that this contravenes state and county law.

    2. Where is the positivity in making judges anonymous? Judges need to be held accountable for their rulings. It’s shameful that her son was murdered. We still need the right to know her name and the right to protest in front of her home. Fascist countries hide there “judges” nor democracies. What she wants is disgraceful. She doesn’t want accountability, we the people have the right to hold judges accountable, they don’t get to hide behind a robe.

    3. It’s a real tragedy. But is life not in detail a tragedy in its on right.

      My friend has stage 4 cancer, her son was killed this year in his car leaving behind a fatherless daughter, her other son is about to be sentenced to prison time for not going back to jail because he wanted to be there for his mourning mother and family.

      This is America. The greatest country in the world but look at us. It is sad if this is the standard.

    3. @Austin Euler in past elections historically and statistically speaking 1% of the votes by mail are rejected due to errors contained on the ballots by the voter.this rate increases to about 3% for first time mail in ballot voters.this election seems to defy mathematics and in places like Pennsylvania a record low of 0.3% of the mail in ballots were rejected.hence why you are seeing these statistical anomalies and inconsistencies that are continually being overlooked and or ignored by many but shouldn’t

    5. @Doug Parker yes, and voters are normally alerted by the state to come and fix and discrepancies to”cure” their ballot. No one is saying that there aren’t potential obstacles with mail-in ballots, but to say that they are the cause of massive voter fraud is insane when yourself stated that less than 3% of all mail-in votes can have problems. Everyone knows this, which is why measures are put in place to fix problems with a voter’s ballot if it comes up, as well as extensive procedures to authenticate every ballot. We already do this things, so what is your actual problem?

    4. @Saoirse HasLongLegs There is and there isn’t. The employees of such organizations tend to lean left. Most of the base crowd was sourced from left leaning areas such as cities and Silicon valley but if you wanted to say that the rich people who own and operate these multinational corporations were members of the Filthy Globalist Greenbacks party with no allegiance to any ideology other than high quality lies and Ferengi style profiteering, I would have to agree. These people put on a good show but are lying. They have no care for left or right although they have their employees pretty well fooled. Speaking as a software developer myself, this has been my experience and the experience of many I’ve worked with. In order to get in to Amazon/Google/Facebook as a US citizen, you have to pass an interview most Phd’s cannot pass but if you are from dirt cheap Asian country X, all you have to do is find the On button. This has nothing to do with race or nationality and everything to do with profit and they will sell it to you as a “Diversity Program”. I actually don’t mind working with Asians, they are nice people but labor market flooding is the 5th sphincter of Satan. I studied for 10 dang years to work for minimum wage according to them.
