Just gonna note that this impeachment proceedings could have been over a long time ago if Trump explained himself, and that he should have been prepared to explain why he delayed the aid before he ever delayed the aid.
Unfortunately, Trump’s refusal to explain himself certainly does make it seem like he thinks that he’s not accountable to the Congress and that he can delay the aid that the Congress voted for if he feels like it.
