This statement from the prime minister (crime minister) is quite extraordinary. Does he really understand what he is saying, he needs to understand that whenever he speaks there are a lot of people listening intently to what he saying. The statement he uttered about the reason why he has visited Olympic Gardens cannot be standing well with a lot of people who has lost loved ones. For example, we have heard nothing from either him, the gugu-gaga police commissioner or the security minister in the form of a statement or offering condolences to Donna Lee’s family or Chantel’s family. I know that area like my hands middle, and I remembered when they shoot up the police station in 1988. I was living in the area at that time, when they killed my friend acpl Cummings. I been living in that area since 1968, when I 1st moved there.That police station was on Balcombe drive road, and Henderson ave.The police station was moved after the 1980 election to Olympic road and Bayfarm road,by Bayfarm Villa.What you happening in the area,it is nothing new at all.Most of the companies in the area, the same bad boys them, killed the manager of those companies. So all of those companies moves out, and there is no work in the area. Some of those boys lives on robbing people, when night come. Certain roads or streets or avenue,or lanes. You don’t try to go there, because they must robbed you.This is not something I trying to fabricated against anyone, this something I know personally. Because the same boys them robbed my house at gun points,one night when everyone was sleeping.All of the boys them that took part in my house breakings,we managed to catch all of them. When the home guards was around in the 1970s,it useto helped the regular police. Until after the 1980 election, the jlp party government ministers them got rid of the home guards and. Everything get back loose again,every senior retired police officers can tell you about it.The whole police squad in the history of Jamaica, that the bad boys them have some fear for,is the radication.I have witnessed shootout with the radication down by Cuba in Waterhouse, for hours.What is messing up the country over the years, whenever times that the Jlp party come to power. Anything that the PNP party government ministers them put together,as soon as the jlp party gets.
