The whole parish of St.Thomas is suffering from garbage collection

It’s the same thing here at Red hills philipfeild it’s more than five months now no garbage has been collected
When them get the Constituency Money why they don’t use it to clean drains and other things in communities.
Why is it that they treat Saint Thomas like that who knows why they treat St Thomas like that out of all the parish that one gets treated the worst who knows why
Most Jamaicans cannot explain why St Thomas is treated that way. Their members of Parliament are doing nothing for them. Maybe that’s reason St Thomas is known as the Forgotten Parish.
I am in Clarendon and when I drive to St Elizabeth is garbage pile up same way..
